please delete - Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note II

I installed the OTA update and I know there is no unlock yet for this new bootloader but is there a way to downgrade this to the previous versoin? The new OTA build is causing extremely high load averages while using the phone on this new build... .
should I try to flash over what I have with a stock odin rom? (I'm on stock rom now).. *flame suit on just in case*
I installed exynose abuse and was able to get root back

Unroot your phone and update default ROM for SGY

Hello All ,
If someone wants to unroot his samsung galaxy Y and update the default ROM please find the procedures as shown in the video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3cWV_E18Cc
The Software for the default ROM can be downloaded from the below mentioned URL
http://www.mediafire.com/download/bkz8eln4xpiov1n/Galaxy+Y+2.3.6+Update+(Indian).rar
If someone is softbricked or wants to unroot and needs to update default ROM you can find it in the above URL.Just unzip the files to your machine and follow the video shown in the 1st link. You will find the ODIN software in the ZIP file.I have unrooted my SGY using this ROM only. This default ROM is little bit older so once you have updated this default ROM.Connect to the computer open kies and upgrade the firmware to the latest one.
Please do not blame me if something wrong happens to someones SGY.
Thanks.
I wouldnt advise using that stock firmware unless you are from india
all stock rom firmware guides and so on can be found on my firmware thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2568853
if you just want to unroot your phone you can just remove the su binaries or if you want to also reset your phone to factory just flash stock rom via odin with the firmware from your region
Thanks for your advice....
I am frm India.....I used the same stock rom for updating my samsung galaxy y....
Will get the other stock roms from your thread....
Thanks

i tried that. did a factory reset. flashed rom, wiped dalvik/cache, and installed brand new fb app, and it still closes after few sec's...
if anyone has a solution.....

a little update, seems like fb beta app works fine, so, if that helps for anyone...
How do i install the STOCK-4.4.2-P5200(fixed).zip for this thread: http://forum.xda
It has a .bin file and some folders. couldn't find .tar files
Confused - a bit at least
Hi, im using the Deodexed+Rooted build and its realy nice, works great, no bugs or problems.
Now i wanted to install busybox and it showed me an error occured.. i checked my apps and saw that superuser from clockwork mod seems to be installed from default as sytemapp...
i flashed the update file from OP wiped davlik/cache and after reboot same thing... so im confused..
did i miss something while flashing? or will i have to restart from zero and flash again? or is there another solution?
Ok after uninstalling and installing again, it works now sry... :fingers-crossed:
Also, i have a great respect for the time and work the devs invest in their ROM's and im very happy they make this work.
Now i have 2 Questions that i cant find directly answered anywhere.
1. Is there a difference in building ROM's for x86 based devices, or could i follow the usual tutorials (except nedded tools etc.)?
2. Does anywhere exist a kind of "minimum" ROM?
i mean simply everything it needs to work, nothing more?
shure i know certain apps etc are needed, but id really appreciate a ROM with no personal touch, only absolut needet stuff (in case of doubt leaved as known from original) but nothin more? so i can (and have to) install what i want without need of uninstall this or that...?
oh and a third question, sry....
is there a dummy way to edit the "apps included" (sry my english is bad) of an custom rom? kinda take this app... change this app with that one or so?
im really new to all this, so sry if some parts seem dumb questionig
My P5200 always Rebooted
Help me...
I have installed my P5200 with this ROM using TWRP v2.7.1.0. But there is problem, my device always rebooted when i open some app like clean master and Photoshop Touch. What should i do to fix this problem ?
problem
i installed but when i come to reboot it tells me no OS installed, what did i do wrong?
param.bin
good contribution friend, I'll try.
friend I tell him that I have a problem with sangung galaxy tab 3 GT-P5200 model, which you mistakenly change the file or param.lfs param.bin. If I'm not wrong this file is bootable from the tablet. I will please you send to my email [email protected] thanks friend

[Q] Downgrade Lollipop -> Kitkat 4.4.2 SM-T700 how?

Hi,. I have made the mistake of updating to lollipop and now I can't live without Xposed, so I want to roll back to 4.4.2. can someone help me how?
Xposed now working on lollipop.
If you still want to go back just flash stock kitkat firmware with Odin.
Hm, can you provide a link? The thread that I visited before said that they can't guarantee Samsung stock ROMs compatibility. In my case I only got into bootloop...
You need to flash the correct framework. Use the search. It's been posted several times on here.

I found one here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...sed-framework-sm-t700-install-method-t2823004
but one of the Dropbox links are dead. I'll keep looking for another one but if you know what I need exactly - I would own you a beer or two. I would like to test Lollipop, but if it fails I'll roll back to 4.4.2

Well to do it, it's very simple, if you're on Windows just follow up this link:
If you are running Ubuntu or an Ubuntu based distro on your machine the process is different, and it's more complicated for a new comer.
So in order to make it simply for the user i released this zip containing an automate script so just run Zenfone2Root.sh into a terminal window and leave it work.

Q10: I have unlocked bootloader and i want to upgrade my stock ROMIf you are on stock ROM and you got unlocked bootloader you are able to update your phone only and only if you didn't touched any system files, like xposed, root etc.. Stock android on ZF2
Hi.
Thank you very much for the super informative post. I am going to buy a ZF2 and I want to check if it is possible to run stock Android in this device. This is more an option for me and not a necessity. I just do not like customizations such as ZenUI, HTC Sense, TouchWiz and so. I have chosen this model for the price vs functionality otherwise I know that I could go for a Nexus model or a Motorola device that run on near stock android.
Thank you again.
P. S. I have never rooted any of my android devices so far. I am not familiar with the process and I always have the fear that I may brick my device.
