OK so someone here at XDA recently got an Xperia Play with the 2.32 firmware, which is compatible with Gingerbreak. Could someone explain how should go about uploading the firmware so that other people can flash to 2.32 Xperia Play Rogers Firmware instead of the stock UK 2.32 firmware?

I believe the only way is by purchasing an unlock code and using that. I also own this phone, it is locked to rogers but I use Telus so I thought about unlocking but I came to the conclusion that I need an unlock pin for my imei and started using the device as an MP3 player.
I need to claim my warranty and I want to know if anyone can get me a stock Telstra .ftf for the xperia play? thanks
Some people still had warrenty after 2.3.4 .42 uk rom(or whatever firmware you have). Try that or find someone that have a Telstra Xperia Play and ask if he/she can rip off the rom from Sony Ericsson update service aka Seus
