Is it possible to install stock ROM that I've downloaded from sammobile by CWM (such as unpacking them ,...)?
and how do I know it contains value pack or not?
And flashing stock firmware using cwm is can't be done. If you want to flash stock firmware use this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1467128

Check with mobile odin..if ur device is capable to use why not just use it.i had one..very nice..flash via mobile is much more simple and easy without pc/laptop.

to flash stock ROM via CWM it requires that the stock rom be in ZIP format
BTW i dont think CWM can flash stock as stock has its recovery!!
hello, I am new on android, I have one question, if I root and install cwm recovery then unroot with stock firmware will it delete all root apps and also cwm recovery ?
Yes idd u will get everything back to stock except ur binary counter thats why if u EVER want to unroot for warranty purpose u need to use triangle away anf after resetting counter boot directly into download mode and flash then your stock tar file trough odin x)

Ok.. here you go-
1. Download pre-rooted dmg1 stock rom from dr.ketan's thread. Install it from odin PDA tab. If you are stuck on the initial boot screen, go to stock recovery and reset/clear data (warning- this will also wipe you personal data on the internal memory, make sure you backup important stuff)
2. Install triangle away android app and reset the custom counter in the bootloader to zero... and then dont install a custom recovery because even after installing the recovery, if you set the counter to zero, then you'll have it again to '1' everytime you boot your phone because the bootloader detects the custom recovery during boot
3. Whenever you want to claim your warranty, go to superSU app and go to 'unroot'..
You'll have full stock dmg1 (4.1.2) n7100 and ready to claim warranty

i could not follow the instructions in this post as I am not that techie
thank you so much
your help seems good , just that im dumb.
can you please point me towards any preexisting thread if any which has a detailed walk through information how to go back to stock rom from any custom rom
I was running official 4.4.2 firmware. I was trying to add a custom ROM to my phone. I flashed the most recent Trwp on to the phone then did a full wipe. When I went to flash the rom it says failed. So I try to restore back to stock with the backup I made before I flashed the rom and now my phone will not boot up.. It just stays on the att logo.. Is there any solution to this problem? I can get to Recovery and download mode. Thank you guys for you help
Try factory resetting again.
I have tried three times still nothing. Been trying to even install custom ROM but all fail to install.

Have you tried flashing the stock NE4 rom?
Just went to it. It says don't flash if you have ota 4.4.2
Can a flash 4.3 bootloaders to make the rom installation work?

I think you may have gone to the wrong thread.
Go here and follow instructions to flash either odex or deodexed version, your choice there.
