Anyone know where I can get icons that have the effect of sinking into the wallpaper?
I've seen a few but never any links and can't find them on Google.

Cant quite put my finger on the name, but there are some brilliant icons like that by a female member here on XDA.

Found this today and it has the coolest icons I've seen. I don't usually share themes but this is pretty cool.
There's more than my pic shows, couple of pages worth. Its for adw and works on other launchers I think. Its called robot.

I've been looking for a working sense 4 clock that can display the weather...

i gave up a while back too haha. i really think sense is the only truly nice looking clock widget, and it's not available except on htc phones. all the beautiful/fancy widgets are ugly rip offs that don't really look the same (and certainly don't function the same). oh well.
