[Q] new touchwiz

the touchwiz ripped from the galaxy s III is pretty cool and a lot better then the stock one on our phone! i would use it for more then the one day if it work with the DPI @ 160 >.< .... what do you guys think do you use it? have you used anything else from the galaxy s III?
also could we flash it?!?

It's got cool animations. A ics style app drawer.. folders... I think it looks better than tw4 since our screen is pretty damn big.

I was using s voice but I'm blocked (again). Any work around other then the build.prop? I'm using the resigned apk

considering the fact that the gs3 is being launced with ICS, yes, you need ICS.

Hi. But this TW launcher can't be used in ICS with AOSP. It's true???

Looks pretty much like the stock ICS launcher w/ the 5 column tweak and a different icon for the app menu.

Nope won't work unless someone puts a ton of work into it. Needs a ics tw rom.

I downloaded the 4*5 one. I didn't flash, I put the lib file in system/lib and copied the system/app files, fixed permissions and reboot. I needed to make a bit of room in 'system' and I wouldn't bother trying calendar as op says it forcecloses. Launcher runs silky smooth though - my new favorite.

Whats the best weather apps

looking for a good weather app dont know which one the best any suggestion on a good one

I like accuweather, I use the widget

I dont believe any of them.
I used weather channel for a long time but its not trust worthy.

TWN (The Weather Network) is the best in my opinion.

LoL currently using weather channel widget, twn widget and yahoo provides lockscreen weather..... they dont say same thing at same time so i average haha

So according to your "self proclaimed mod" minset, questions about accessories should not go in the accessory section either. Have you looked in that section ever. All it has is questions and opinions about accessories.
Btw.....I like radar now for its quick access to local radar. It does not do forecasts however.

I think that rain alarm is awesome. It has saved my ass so many times while riding my motorcycle its not even funny. It has an option that will tell you if it starts raining in a few miles of where you are or the direction you are headed in. It has a good weather map as well. The other app i use is the stock genie widget. I think that it gives fairly accurate info and its best on battery.

It is called one more clock widget when you set it up just change the widget theme to that one. There are a few to choose from.

Xperia s Launcher

Hi All,
I am currently on frostyics and I was tired of the touchwiz launcher but loved the options it had compared to aosp roms and I didn't feel like changing rom's ..
So I started trying some launchers like nova and apex they where smooth but weren't my taste so here is my find : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1557091
Xperia s launcher that works whit our s3 ! On the thread download the multiresolution version ! It has also few really nice looking widgets...
Its really smooth and no fc! It also support landscape mode !!
Here are a few screenshot to show you how it looks !

Have you gotten the widgets along whit it ? And the reason i chose this over the touchwiz one its because the lag i get when flicking through homescreens whit a live wallpaper..

I'm using it. Not bad. The only thing I don't like is that it does not allow for resizing of widgets. Other than that it's good.

You can change the color to whatever you want

Here's my setup. Super minimal.
PACman, apex pro, black exodus, smpl white icons, and an inverted version of retro clock uccw widget I found. I tweaked the original version of the clock and have a few others.
