Modern Combat 3 SD location? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II

Anyone know which folder the game is downloaded to on the sdcard? I recently bought Modern Combat 4 but it says there's not enough space on my sdcard. I want to delete the game data from 3 to make room for 4.

Look in the file 'android'. Scroll thru and see if the game info is in there. Allot of app data gets stored in that file.
Good luck, I hope it's in there for ya.

the main files are located in Android/obb/com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftM3HM

That save data deletes my Nova 3. When I launch Nova 3, it asks me to download the data again. And it just comes back

make sure that it is the folder that ends with "GloftM3HM" the one that ends with GloftN3HM is for nova.

Keep Asphalt and GTA progress after a wipe?

Anyone know how to do this please?
I am going to flash and wipe my phone but I have done quite well on thee games and I don't fancy starting again

I move all of my contents from my sd card to my computer. Then find the files for the games and after I flash my new rom I move those files back onto the sd card in the same place and that seems to work for me

GTA saves are in the /sdcard/android/com.rockstar.gta3 folder. You won't lose them on a wipe of the phone. Unless you do a factory reset. Otherwise in the GTA folder you'll see a few files whereas all others are folders. Those are the saved games

(APP) Move large apps to external SD. Works great!

Hey peeps. I finally got fed up running out of storage and went searching for something to fix it. Modern combat 3 takes up 1.4 gigs and Nova takes even more. With this app I can move their external data to the external SD card freeing up more room for more games.
I didn't create this app, just wanted to let people know about it. Remember you need to use the app to open these games once you move their data, otherwise they will just re download their files again.
Feel free to ask me any questions and I'll try and help if I can.

Good. Should work fine. I noticed a couple times it wouldn't launch asphalt 7 so I checked the setting to clear cache when launching a game and that seems to have fixed it. Let me know if there are any other issues you run into.

The one I posted does more than game loft games as well. You can add any application that allows the installation of data to external cards. But whatever. Choices are good.

Google Play Music (save to external SD card guide)

SGH-T999 (4.1.1)
Google Play Music (Version 4.4.811H.526848)
required app: ROM Toolbox
1. Open Settings > Application manager > All > Google Play Music
2. Select "Force stop" and "Clear data"
3. Open ROM Toolbox > Root Browser
4. Create the following folder on your SD card /mnt/extSdCard/GoogleMusic/files
5. Tap and hold the folder named "files" until menu appears, and select "Create shortcut" at the bottom of the list
6. Navigate to /data/data/com.google.android.music/
7. Select "Create" and the "files" folder should be linked
8. Open "Play Music" app and sync
9. Select "Choose on device music" and it should show the available space on your sd card
10. Profit
tl;dr the directory where music is stored has changed from /data/data/com.google.android.music/cache to /data/data/com.google.android.music/files for both music and artwork, so create a symlink from your external sdcard in that location.
Great Guide, and thanks!
I'll give this a shot!

make sure you are using Root Browser from the ROM Toolbox app, ES File Explorer would do it differently if at all. i'm sure other root file managers would do it differently as well.

Having Issues....
Didn't work for me
Operating on a Droid Razr HD with BatakangROM Beta 0.16. I'm thinking it's because I can access my SD from more than one way? Honestly, I don't know but I found this link from another thread I've been trying to set this up for hours in multiple ways and I would really like to get this to work so the 64gb MicroSD I bought isn't a waste.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

Looks like you are doing something wrong. I had the same error the first time but then i realized I should not click the "link" button at the bottom until I get to the actual folder i want to link to - not linking the folder to itself.
Sweet, thanks! I had been hesitant about keeping all my google music on my device but now I don't have to worry.

i downloaded the apk file and placed it in the apk folder and when i download the sd data from the game it self it comes after a while and says a problim in connection!! and the connection it very good and nothing it wrong!
and when i start downloading the sd data the game makes a folder in gameloft>games>called spiderman or GloftN2HD! then when i download the sd data from pc and copy it in that folder and open the game it starts downloading again and stops again!!
First, lets back up. Where did the original game came from? We must make sure there is no game of the typed installed. Then we need to clear out all existing files if its Nova, or extra you will deleat all gameloft. Are next task is go in and rewright are build prop ..I went from T989 and changed it to T959 save-rebot- install game files to internal and install the game! Let me know if that works for you

LOL, good point, I have set titanium to always back up external data, I installed alien vs predators and there is a large obb file within the Android Data folder, Titanium doesn't back this up, so if I delete the game then I have to download it all again and all my saved game data is gone
Can't understand what's going on.
Pete.
PS I've noticed it does this on other ones too.

Hey Pete,
I had the same issue but i realise it only backs up large external data that are within the Android/Data Folder and does not include the obb folder. Theres is no option to select the folder either. Hope this clears your question. I can only suggest that you manually backup the obb folder onto external.
OR use directory bind for such big data folder.
