[Q] New Xperia Home not working

Hello people
I have a question, I have install a new Xperia Home apk but it seams that is not working. I am reading that people can see the "overview" and "flooting widgets" but I can not see that. The only thing I can see is the X over the apps that I have installed. Also i have read that I have to remove everything from the desktop on my phone, and restart the phone, tried that too but nothing.
I have an unrooted Arc, .145. Thanks in advance for for your help.

Does Fifa-12 Run on SGS-2 ?

Hi Guys,
Has any of the Samsung Galaxy S-2 owners here, tried to install Fifa-12 and played it ? Does it run smoothly on the SGS-2. ?

Game play is fine but the sound was lagging when I had it.

Wow ! Thats interesting so only Sound lags, there is no lag in the screen and the movement of the players or anything of that sort right ? is about 1.5 GB of download so thought would ask people here before doing the download

No lagging on the screen but the sound is.... =/

if you want to run it perfectly you should install chainfire 3D but sound is lagging and when you want to chose your team icons are black (just icons of team but it is fine) and another thing is battery life it lose your battery very fast
all the time it is so hard to push thanks button

I have un-rooted phone. What is Chainfire 3D, how will it help ? I dont mind installing it ? But how will it help ?

You don't need to root your device. Nor you need chainfire 3d.. Just download the data and start playing..

if your phone is un-rooted so never mind
just download the data and try to run game if u don't be successful u should root your phone and install chainfire 3D (an app that help u to run games like tegras games)

[Proble]Keyboard popup problem

Hi everyone! I'm kinda new here, so i apologise if i've wrongly opened this tread. I have a problem with my gio. Under unknown circumstances the keyboard along with google search opens. I know this can be done with long pressing the menu/options-button but in my case it starts even i'm not touching it. It's very annoying, obviously. First i tought it's a software problem, but on Cyanogen Mod it didn't happened (there were other problems). Now i'm running Gingerbread 2.3.6. Inspite the problem with the popup everything runs just fine and fast!
Please, if you have any idea how can i solve my problem, let me know!

same problem....using ROM BNC latest....i dnt noo why?? i think its a hardwaer problem??any1?

It's not only yours problem. It happens on every rom. Keyboard just pup-up. Probably you use only 2G, don't you?

yes....not only keyboard sometime popup the functions menu of any app etc like when i am in go sms writing new msg its happens again n again...shows menu options....

You just slide over the menu button with your finger when this happens, works every time

well, thank you guys for replies. I think i just have to get used to this hoping it's a software problem which will get it's fix!

It's that the gio sometimes think the menu button is pressed when it isn't, and holding menu button brings up keyboard. So the solution is to slide your finger on the menu button until it stops. Its a hardware problem

plz use BLN and activate it....it will fix it and dnt let it to press means any popup....using about 1hour no popup....further testing....plz comments....

search BLN in gooogle play and activate it needs root...i m using ROM BNC R2 with cm7 feathures which Have BLN by default just want to activate......no popups now

Ok. I can't make it work. It says something like Bln Mod not activated and directs me to a internet page wich is not working. I tried with the free and also with the pro version!

[Q] howto make screenshot 4.0.4 ?

hi, after updating to the Xperia S to ICS 4.0.4
screenshot function is gone from the powerbutton menu.
i read that holding down power button and volume down, should make a screenshot, but this doesn't work on my phone.
anyone know how to capture the screen from the device ? or is this builtin option lost?

Hold power button plus volume down together for 2 seconds.

Than you're doing it wrong, or you removed the apk responsable for that (can't remember if it is an apk, anyway).

the phone is stock 4.0.4, only rooted with 1 click root method.
and sure.. doing it wrong, pressing power & volume down?!! you explain to me how pressing those 2 buttons can be done wrong??
i read elsewhere that other people also have this issue, it simply doesn't work on some Xperia S devices.
apparently mine too.

Don't press one then the other... do it at the same time. Also I can't explain why but try volume up and power once and see what happens... but its a native function of ICS... should work on all devices.

This is will reboot the device. And OP, you surely is doing something wrong. It works perfectly for me on stock ICS and PA.

If you're rooted and can't get it to work just install a screen capture app?

And u root it with root many droid or other 1-click method?
How do u take a screenshot as told by others? When do u take it? Which scene are u at when u take it?

This happened to someone back when I had the galaxy s2 it's just like an odd one out of the bunch I guess

I´ve unlocked bootloader Xperia S and does not work screenshot in videos or movies with Sony apps or Mx reproduct...The screenshot is black.

It is because those apps are running with Hardware decoding, not software.

If you're on unlocked bootloader, no known way to recover it for now. I don't know exactly on how to make it software rendered on Movies App.

Unable to use wifikill and faceniff on my t2 ultra. Urgent help needed

hey guyz i am new here and i rooted my phone recently with kingroot. then installed supersu. i found the tut here somewhere. now i am trying to use wifikill and faceniff but the service gets automatically stoppped. i mean when i click on the on/off button. notification show "service started' and just then shows 'sevice stopped' . same is with faceniff. both of them have the exact same prob and i guess coz they both have a lil similar UI maybe solving one would solve the other. Right now i am using netcut but i wanna try wifikill as i think its better. Any suggestions guyz.?

old aps but still works like a charm. netcut lacks some features like disconnect all. in a wifi which has over100 connections. it takes time to disconnect all of them. also faceniff is giving me the same error like wifikill. try and update as soon as possible. thanx in advance.
