Hi Guys,
Has any of the Samsung Galaxy S-2 owners here, tried to install Fifa-12 and played it ? Does it run smoothly on the SGS-2. ?
Game play is fine but the sound was lagging when I had it.

Wow ! Thats interesting so only Sound lags, there is no lag in the screen and the movement of the players or anything of that sort right ? is about 1.5 GB of download so thought would ask people here before doing the download

if you want to run it perfectly you should install chainfire 3D but sound is lagging and when you want to chose your team icons are black (just icons of team but it is fine) and another thing is battery life it lose your battery very fast
all the time it is so hard to push thanks button

I have un-rooted phone. What is Chainfire 3D, how will it help ? I dont mind installing it ? But how will it help ?

You don't need to root your device. Nor you need chainfire 3d.. Just download the data and start playing..

if your phone is un-rooted so never mind
just download the data and try to run game if u don't be successful u should root your phone and install chainfire 3D (an app that help u to run games like tegras games)

Uninstall and then reinstall the game. It will solve the issue.
It plays pretty well too - though I am still hooked on Order & Chaos.

keeps on crashing for me.. (i use chainfire 3d with the Nvidia plugin) and it runs for a little while.. but when it gets to the game it just crashes .
any ideas?
Err... My phone is getting very hot at 41C for playing 15 minutes only. And battery dropped 15% too.

You don't need Chainfire with the latest version. Just download from the Marketplace and it should run without any issues.

Why would you need to use a plug-in when the GS2 is natively supported?

Nope, it is working fine on stock ROM. But too hot.

How to produce less heat on SGS2...
Downclock your CPU to 800mhz (Runs smooth, maybe loading time is slower by 1-2seconds) aswell as undervolting it. This defiantly made my phone from hot to warm this is with 70/80% screen. Although I prefer 50% if im out travelling !
heat produce and battery drops is normal , so please do not be frightened!
will rise to about 50 degree celuis and drop battery like droping water.
A plugins is not required so do not do things too much.I am using 1Ghz to play and smooth enough.
it's VERY HOT after 15 mins playing. uncomfortable.

What abt hot pursuit .??
Playing NFS hot pursuit , you have to download .apk (qualcomm) + data (power VR), and use Chainfire3d Power VR plug in to play this game. If you wanna get high performance in graphics , you have to use MSAAx16,x4(optional) and may activate unroll texture (optional). But sometimes it will be laggy when you use MSAAx16 and select unroll texture. So I hope this post can help you.

I have a problem. After installing chainfire, and the plugins, and the game....putting the data in Android/data/ folder.
The game still goes all white shapes and stuf..impossible to play.

I installed chainfire 3d, and it ruined my the dark knight rises !!! The textures all now ruined !!!
I uninstalled chainfire 3d, but, no changes . I also unistalled the dark knight rises, and delete the file, but, still bad textures .

btw, i don't have WiFi/3g. only 2g. anyway to play the game?

in some games, after installing the apk, /sdcard/Android/obb or /sdcard/Android/data/com.eagames_FIFA(i dont know) is deleted. Check again the folder if the files were deleted or are still intact.

Just turn on your WiFi before starting the game. It's not necessary to be connected to a WiFi network. Turn on WiFi, start the game and it should work fine without any problems. I too had the same problem.

:what: it must work in gb, I played it on stock ics, and it played quite smooth (laggy in online) ! Just enable wifi and open the game, it works quite good

Fifa 14 never ran in ICS for me... and you are saying you ran it without lag!!! i guess your device has extra 512mb ram in it.

He most probably set up an ext partition on his sd card... If he knows how to do it. Otherwise, FIFA 14 will never run properly on ICS because ICS it's not good for gaming.
Either that, or he is just saying bull****.

I don't know whether it is right place for posting this or not but i am posting here because the application still requires some improvement as it is not fully compatible with N7100 and i am not a android developer (I build websites). First of all, let me tell you that this application splits the phone screen into two parts for 3d view or VR view.
Problem:
1. Only works with DU ROM i.e don't work with Touchwiz,AOSP or CM Roms--- atleast for me it didn't work you can check on yours.
2. On DU Roam too the colors gets inverted ,,.,.,. i don't know how to tell .. but i think the phone doesn't display red color after installing this so everything kind off masses up but you can still play games like this .
3. the touch doesn't changes. I mean when the screen splits the orientation of touch do not changes and also it seems like you have to select the application by touching the screen where the application was before splitting up the screen.
I know this application is very useful for many people. that is why i am posting it here. Can somebody modify this application or give me some directions and little help. I want this application to run smoothly on our NOTE II.

yes it splits the screen into two like side by side videos .,,. and you can use your phone in that way for all purposes like browsing , playing games, watching videos etc

No!! as i said.. it works on DU ROM.. i have VR (cardboard) .. trust me you will love it .. i can watch full 3d movies, true theater like experience like you are realy watching the movie in theater.. .. I have also some VR games ,.. but you know they are not good enough at this stage.. but if somehow SBS apk works .. than we can play all android games on our phone... I am looking forward to play assassins creed identity on VR.... :laugh::laugh::laugh:
