Awesome... So I hate to ask a stupid question... I went to settings then mobile networks and don't have any apn option. I went to MMS settings in the text message settings and everything is grayed out. I can't change the MMS settings. Is there a program to change it or how would I go about that. Sorry again for the questions

What happens when your cellphone sim card says Mcc 330 and the MNC says 11 instead of 110??... I tried changing it to 110 but the apn would just reset and go back to 11

If you did a backup try it, because that happened to me time ago on my s3.
See the pm that I left you. My recommendation do a little reading on Motorola devices because is very tricky.

I'm having the same problem with only one difference, and first of all, sorry for posting here but I got no answers in my forum and I'm desperate to solve this as I need my phone for everyday task. My problem is when I hit save the APN settings just don't save but if i left the mnc on 11 it does save... I'm out of ideas with this situation wondering if someone has a fix for this. Btw. im on CM 10.1 right now and I can confirm it has happened to me on Liquid smooth

I don't know if changing the APNs will make a difference, but try either of these:
APN: internet
Proxy: wap.metropcs.net:3128
Port: 3128
UserName: Phone#@mymetropcs.com
Password: MSL code*
Server: wap.metropcs.net
MMSC: http://mms.metropcs.net:3128/mmsc
MMS Proxy: wap.metropcs.net
MMS Port: 3128
MCC: 310
MNC: 004
APN Type: MMS
Name: metropcs
APN: internet
proxy: wap.metropcs.net:3128
port: 3128
username: [email protected]
password: metropcs
server: wap.metropcs.net
mmsc: http://mms.metropcs.net:3128/mmsc
mms proxy: wap.metropcs.net
mms port: 3128
mmc: 310
mnc: 004
auth type: none
apn type: not set
Your phone is a T999L, I recommend sticking to ROMs and firmware that are meant for that device.

I have same kind of thing on my phone. There is no flashing of metro on your s3. Metro will run on T-Mobile networks. Use T-Mobile APN settings. Not metro pcs and you'll get good speeds and connectivity. Unless your using CyanogenMod, then its crazy. But I deal
