Why would you want to do that? Why not just use the T989 build of CM9?

If you're only going for the kernel, is there a standalone flash of the kernel? Since they're the same hardware, I believe you can flash the kernel from skyrocket.
Yes there is just zip of only kernel.. so i think we have to flash autorotate fix too as we r installing skyrocket kernel.. ??

When u select the kernel to download ,(from maxwen's folder) the kernels compatible with cm10 have cm10 mentioned in their name ..so you dont have to worry if the latest kernel has cm10 mentioned in its name , then you can use it ..
Hope it helps..
thanks

running wicked rom v4 and ktoonsez kernel, If I flash new rom will it change the kernel also?
Yes, most roms come with a kernel.
You can always flash ktoonsez kernel after you flash the new rom.

Hi..
I'm using cyanogenmod 10.2 android 4.3 for galaxy note 2 GT-N7100 and I wanna overclock my phone. I found custom kernels for cyanogenmod but what I'm afraid is they won't be compatible with android 4.3. So can you please tell me what kernel I should use? What is the best and most stable kernel for cyanogenmod 10.2? Thanks in advance for your help..
