No GSMFFS Error!!! Plz Help

Every time I try a Firmware upgrade my P320 I get the "No GSMFFS" error and the installation stops.
Can someone help me understand what GSMFFS is???
Also is there a way to fix this error??? I am getting the Bootloader prompt. It is even finding the image files. But then it says " No GSMFFS. 3 images found" and stops executing.
On a related topic. There seems to be an option to Upgrade the firmware using USB... Has anyone successfully done that???
Please advice!

Hi vikingator,
I see where you posted this same question in the Xperia J threads and that you actually have an Xperia J (not a Xperia Play). I'm not familiar with Xperia J, so please keep that in mind with the below info I'm going to share...
With that said, I believe you should be able to use Flashtool (the unofficial version by Bin4ry/Androxyde) to flash the stock firmware back to your phone and get it running again. I don't know which stock firmware/ftf file you need, so you will have to do some research to make sure you get the correct one.
Here are some links that might help you:

Good luck!
If its just the Sony Home app deleted you should be able to install another launcher like apex or go launcher from a pc on the play store and as long as the phone is switched on and the internet connection was enabled before it was deleted, it will install on the phone and boot into the launcher. I did this once when decluttering my XP and it sorted it out.

Sony Xperia T3 D5103 bootloop

Hello!
I've browsed internet for a week now, Im looking to unbrick my Sony Xperia T3 android version 4.4.2
Tried Sony PC Companion, Got error on 50% of process (repairing) : UEUpdateFailed UE_2005
Tried flashtool versions: 0.9.23.1 (latest) , 0.9.18.5 , 0.9.18.6
Got various erros: ERROR_SEVERITY="MINOR";ERR_CODE="001F";ERR_DYNAMIC="00000000" ..
But usually Blank erro just says "ERROR - "
then - "ERROR - Error flashing. Aborted"
and flashing stops, tried 2 ROMs:
D5103_18.1.A.1.23_TM
D5103_18.1.A.2.25_RU
And since I sometimes I got " ERROR - Processing of loader.sin finished with errors."
I removed loader.sin from .ftf and created bundle, I succed in flashing only kernel
but its still bootlooping, just SONY logo, baterry is full of course
Dont know what to do... installed all drivers, disabled antivirus, windows 7...
Please help, and thank you for your time, best regards
