Yeah 4.1.1. Its just on ota instead of just kies.

Just so that no one is confused, this is NOT 4.1.2 or 4.2, it is an OTA version of the update that was already available via Kies.
I am closing this one and asking for future talk of this to go here:
The AT&T Jelly Bean Release Thread (4.1.1 released; Kies and OTA)

its not out yet for anyone but poland yet...
to check go to settings>about device> android version
should say 4.1.1
If you flashed a jb rom or manuslly downloaded an ota and installed it. You couldnt be on jb be without having made it happen yourself.
But, look in settings > about and check your Android version.

Jelly bean jsnt out yet for t mobile galaxy s3 unless you are rooted and have a jelly bean based Rom u can keep checking tho if u want by going to settings about phone and check for update but when it is available u will more than likely get a notification on urban phone showing that there is an update available to install

Official sprint jelly bean on sgs 3????

My phone just had a system update notification minutes ago, it was a 81.6mb file but it wouldn't apply on my phone cuz it is twrp recovery..
I'm wondering what update was it? I maybe jelly bean?

Prolly the Ll3 update....what Rom are you currently running?
The last time the Sprint Samsung Galaxy S III saw some Jelly Bean leak love, it came from ... Here's hoping the official release isn't far behind.
There is another thread about the potential post-LI3 update. Can we combine them?

If I remember right, that was the size of the LI3 update. Perhaps because of the rom or recovery you are running the servers think you still need the LI3 update.
Just checked for updates, came back with nothing. Running 4.0.4 Baseband L710VPLI3 Build IMM76D.L710VPLI3 Doesn't appear to be JB yet
My friend's stock rooted Sprint S3 just got the same notification. Of course wouldn't update because he has a custom recovery.
Came here to see if xda knew what it was. Same filesize reported above.
looks like the jellybean update is out or coming soon

I'm pretty sure it's the Ll3 update, I was on fregs3 0.1.0 and was constantly getting that notification, I thought if was 80.6MB but just wanted it gone so can't remember. Not sure why we are rooted and being constantly prompted to update, never was bothered with any updates once I rooted my epic

All you have to do is let the update try and it will fail and the notification won't appear again

4.1.1 YAKJUXW To 4.2 YAKJU

Hey Guys I'm New To All This Rooting And Mod Stuff. My Device Is Currently Running JB 4.1.1 YAKJUXW, I Still Didn't Get The 4.1.2 OTA Or 4.2 OTA. I'm Planning To Upgrade My Device To 4.2 Manually From The YAKJU ROM Available In The Google Developers Site. Can Somebody Help Me In Doing This.
Thanks In Advance.

There's a guide here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25477039
Its not rooting or modding. What you are doing is returning it to stock condition. My preference is to use Linux as no drivers are required - you can simply download one file from the developer page, extract and flash.
when will yakjuxw receive 4.2 update officially?

Your guess is as good as everyone else's on that. It's Samsung who pushes out the updates for the regional yakju variants and they don't announce when.

Thats exactly what I've done! Google for yakjuxv to yakju there are several ways...
DL the nexus root toolkit there is even a tutorial inside the program for how installing the right drivers. For me the third manual way was the only one working.I actually changed the yakjuxv to takju and (4.1.1 to 4.1.2) and then got the 4.2 update OTA.

And what did you use for upgrading only to 4.1.2 takju? i think this method is best, since you get 4.2 OTA meaning you aint using a fake version for the galaxy nexus

Okay then is it possible to get official update of jelly bean after reinstall stock ICS in s2

Perhaps, but there are 4.1.2 roms in the development section, even recovery flashable stock versions.

If you really want absolute stock like if you had just gotten the OTA then the easiest thing to do would be to install odin and flash the last 4.1.2 update.
BUT I highly just recommend a custom 4.1.2 rom if you need TouchWiz or something 4.2 or 4.3 AOSP
