Unread Count - Nexus 7 Themes and Apps

Found a nice unread count app for K9, Message Center. I know some launchers can do this, but I haven't found one that just shows the number. I only use it for K9, but looks like it does a lot more. Can make the "1" any size or color, and disappears if no messages. Can add mail icon if you like that, or filter with text, or show header.... Just not sure if it uses juice, I see it in services running.

[Concept] Folder / Filters for Live Tiles

I always hear that some people have a problem with the fact that WP7 will have a list of live tiles on the main home screen...for me, something like a filter or a folders (yeah, every major OS has folders today) for the tiles could fix this problem...
[I can not link to external sources, so here link without http]

Is the home screen of WP7 a deal-breaker for someone and could this be a solution for the *problem* ?
No comment but here you go.

EDIT:// I got confused, this was the concept. I like the concept a lot. It reminds me of how the zuneHD home screen works.
However, the hubs are 'supposed' to aggregate your apps for you. All your games will be in the games hub, picture apps in the picture, music in music, etc.
From what has been released so far I do really think they need a better way to manage your apps and a task switcher.

Changing a widget?

This is one of the screens on my homescreen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
As you can see at the bottom in the dock, the text are zooper widgets that simply switch to the specific page in the nova launcher.
However, I want there to be some kind of indication that I am on the relevant page after clicking it, is there any way I can achieve this?
I was hoping there would be some kind of 'onclick' action that would let me switch the page AND change the font colour or something.
Also, when I press them, the text doesn't highlight like when I select any item on the desktop (icons etc). Is there any way to change this?
Thanks in advance.
This zooper widgets arent static there is a set of them on every page. So you can edit the widget on the specific page to show an indicator. Change the font or make a button just what u want.

[Q] email widget for "unseen" emails?

I just switched from windows phone to the lg g3. So far I am loving the switch. My only remaining issue is that windows phone had a feature where if you glanced at your inbox it would clear the "count" on the widget. As far as I can tell all of the android email widgets only show unread messages. This doesn't work for me as well.
Can anyone point me at a widget that behaves similar to the windows phone widget? Basically is shows the count of messages that have come in since the last time email was checked.
I still manage read/unread on the desktop.. but for mobile device this is sure a nice feature.
If you are willing to use nova launcher then you can install tesla unread settings which will provide you unread counters on the corresponding icon. That's what I use and I love it. Here's a screenie:

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
No matter what, I can never stay away from android for long.

Question Shortcut to Google Weather (famous frog from Discover)

I'm new on S21 FE (One UI 4.1).
Any idea how to create a shortcut to Google Weather (Frog)?

How to get the Google weather app on your phone
The Google weather app isn't listed on the Play Store, but you can still get it on your home screen with just a few taps. Here's how!
www.androidauthority.com
Exactly. But it is now somehow different and can't do it.
It shows the weather forecast (but without frog and looks different). It also doesn't show "Three dots" in my case and can't choose "Add to home screen".
That was the reason for asking.
