I'm new on S21 FE (One UI 4.1).
Any idea how to create a shortcut to Google Weather (Frog)?

You mean this?
How to get the Google weather app on your phone
The Google weather app isn't listed on the Play Store, but you can still get it on your home screen with just a few taps. Here's how!
www.androidauthority.com
Exactly. But it is now somehow different and can't do it.
It shows the weather forecast (but without frog and looks different). It also doesn't show "Three dots" in my case and can't choose "Add to home screen".
That was the reason for asking.

Quite a lot of the 3rd party software program icons look awful due to their low resolution when added to the home tab shortcuts on manilla 2.5.
Does anyone know if it's possible to edit them?
Search for "reStart" - it'll also let you re-order your 6.5 menu icons
Excellent, thanks.

I was talking with a friend about finding an app that is able to "swipe" a screen/webpage/photo to another android device. I know there are apps like it (BUMP, the new S4 capability, etc.) but I was wondering if anyone knew of one that instantly translates the view to the adjacent device..kind of like when you have two desktop monitors that you can drag a window from one to the next.
If this doesnt exist, I'd like to start designing one so any input would be appreciated!!

This is awesome!
Is there one that is able to do the same with webpages/whole app screens? Such as facebook or calendar events?

This is one of the screens on my homescreen:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
As you can see at the bottom in the dock, the text are zooper widgets that simply switch to the specific page in the nova launcher.
However, I want there to be some kind of indication that I am on the relevant page after clicking it, is there any way I can achieve this?
I was hoping there would be some kind of 'onclick' action that would let me switch the page AND change the font colour or something.
Also, when I press them, the text doesn't highlight like when I select any item on the desktop (icons etc). Is there any way to change this?
Thanks in advance.
This zooper widgets arent static there is a set of them on every page. So you can edit the widget on the specific page to show an indicator. Change the font or make a button just what u want.

Hi,
I accidentally uninstalled the default weather app and I cant find it anywhere.
Any chance someone in Europe on the latest firmware can extract the apk and upload it please?
Thanks
Let me know if this works

Im afraid not. It won't even install. I've found others that will install but dont work then.
Thank you very much.
You'll need to install the Huawei Weather apk along with the Weather Data Service apk. This should bring back a functioning weather app.

Another solution is using Google assistant to show you your local weather, taping the menu icon in the top left corner, then selecting Add to screen. This will put the default Google weather app on your homescreen,
Forgive my ignorance...it's been a long time since my rooting/custom ROM days.
I have no option in Chrome to "Add to Homescreen" How do I add bookmarks to my Homescreen folders, since they do not copy?

You can add a Chrome bookmark widget to the home screen, but this will have all your bookmarks. You can also an individual pages to the home screen. Not sure if you can add individual bookmarks to the home screen though.
No,that was not what I wanted. Just as easy opening Chrome and hitting Bookmarks!
You don't have this option in the 3 dots menu?
