If you want to show a nice demo on your Arc I suggest running com.sonyericsson.retaildemo.apk, it is hidden in the Arc. Found it with Titanium Backup. It includes the video you are looking for.

For retail demo function...just type *#*#73556673#*#* on your phone and the video will start. Retype *#*#73556673#*#* to deactivate the "loop"!

Got failed to play video...
I've lot of apps frozen using TB. Which are the ones required to run this app (apart from the "Retail demo"). Trying to run that "Retail demo" app using TB gives me an error "Failed to run video".

Is there any way to play(or remotely play) iTunes movies on Note 2 ? I purchased few movies from iTunes(which I wish I didn't).
I did a lot of search and found nothing. Default players won't play it because of the DRM and remote players can't play it either.
I also haven't had any luck removing DRM using any kind of converters.
Guess there is no way to do so :/
I should never buy any movie from iTunes again lol
Splashtop or androidvnc viewer won't work? It's not ideal but if you're on local network it works great.

If you still need a solution, I use Requiem to remove DRM from any and all iTunes content whenever I help someone jump ship from iOS to Android. It worked great when I made the jump too!! It works on videos, music, and eBooks.

I was troubled with this problem. I suggest you can try M4V Converter Plus, it can remove itunes drm easily.

I am having serious issues playing videos on the device. The stock players (photos and movies apps) won't play anything I get through whatsapp (mostly sent from iOS devices), many vids from YouTube, nor the sample videos which were pre-loaded on the phone (?!?).
I downloaded MxPayer and VLC, which mostly solved the problem, but I'm still having problems with the YouTube app. In case it helps, here is an example of a video I can't watch (my one-year old's favorite): http://youtu.be/VMl0GbiVEyA.
The phone is brand new, arrived 4 days ago. I'm running the latest firmware (Kit Kat, build 14.4.A.0.108), which the phone prompted me to install. It is not rooted and I hope to keep it that way, at least for a while.

I use vlc as only videoplayer (deleted all others), vlc plas all videos for me. The video you mentioned I can't see here in Germany due to copyright issues.

i use firefox as browser and use youtube from there. I don't use the the you tube app.
Ah, ok. Well, if anybody has a solution, that would be great. I really like using the app, would be a shame to have to use the browser.
I'd do full wipe of the Phone and start over by flashing a ftf. Z1 Compact Resource Thread -|-Rooting-BL Unlocking-Firmware & More...

I downloaded a few alternative YouTube players, and they all work fine. I'll choose one and see how it goes. Want to know if I can go " average Joe stock" user this time around.

You don't need to be rooted to flash your Phone, the flashtool would be pointless otherwise. Install the flashtool, flash a ftf, done, it's as simple as that.
Please tell me to how to let Films and Tv app run in background and play just play audio of videos while working in any other app...

Actually i am experiencing it in lumia 535 i.e it is working in background and i think it is a bug and it is a great idea...
In android there are many apps like km player and vlc but there is no app in windows store to this specific thing..
It will be a great feature as someone don't have to convert it into mp3 and then listen video songs..
Looking forward for a solution or a suggestion..

if you want playing on background you can use some third party apps.
For example ProPlayer for Video was my app that supports video background playback , unfortunately my HDD ran into a problem and my projects fully gone and I lost my source code so no longer weren't able to upgrade it .
I think NTPlayer supports background video too .
