hello everyone.
I'd like your opinion, that it is the best rom based on the stock.
I prefer Roma jb but clearly the camera is very bad, so it s why I go back to the ics.
I am under the Xtxperience 8.1 but it is not very fluid at home.
Thank you for your help
You have KA Speed, XTX and MIUI based on stock only.

the MIUI is not stable but I think a long time ago, it is better now?

I highly recommend you using dual boot Mod to get both smoothness from JB and quality camera from stock ICS.

Very good idea! I had not thought about that!
how is it done?

Install the ROM you want to be the native one, install dual boot kernel (optional: install any kernel you want for native ROM, but search for it in the Dual Boot kernel thread). Then search for the ROM you want for loop and install it (always from the Dual Boot thread, or it won't work).

I made the step back to gb. It certainly feels better for me. I'm currently trying out this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1797812 and its running fine

I'm guessing a downgrade from an ICS custom ROM would need a computer at some point?

You'd need to boot a gb kernel or flash a gb rom, so yep.

SE.tweaked is an excellent rom for arcs. Lightweight, fast, full function and nice customization. Cheers.

Thanks but I've decided to stay on JJ's for now, I used V6 supercharger and it really speeded up my device and made games playable

I'd say the one that came with it, stick with that one :good:
The other kernels are not stables. Stay with the "stock" CM kernel.
This is the best.

The Nova kernel is for JB roms. Cm9.1 is ICS. I tried the first version of the kernel when released as it supposedly supported CM9 but didn't boot.
Stock kernel is great. I got 3hrs of screen on time streaming hd video from YouTube yesterday.

VitoM, your best bet is to read through the ROM threads, and you will get a good feel for which ones are good and aren't quite as popular. While I appreciate you're trying to get other user input, it is not going to do much for you. You need to remember that each ROM may act a little bit differently for each person/device depending on who you flashed/what apps you have installed.

Im on the Xperia S, and I have tried using as my main rom the Stock JB, CM10 and Slimbean and overall I can say that Slimbean is the best.
In terms of features CM10 is the best, Slimbean for customizability and speed, and stock for stability.
I havent tried any MIUI roms ever though, not really sure what's so special about them that differentiates it from CM and AOSP based roms.

I am waiting for OpenSemc, based on cyanogenmod, it will be the best
Highly recommend Eos 4.0 if you want AOSP based ROM

My vote is for slimbean. When the 3.4 kernel is refined in my opinion is the best rom available.: Bueno:
So lose the Bravia and sony stuff to unlock Bootloader, and install a CM based Rom is better than a stock one?
AFAIK you can "restore" Bravia Engine and that "Sony stuff" even if you don't have a Sony device.

If you're looking for stable, Android 4.4 is not the place to go. I suggest updating to stock 4.1.2 (.96) which is much better than ice cream sandwich, and much stable.
