image quality of camera app Mildwild 7.0
running my Desire on Mildwild 5,5 for a while now, still very happy with the rom. Except for one thing...the camera app.
Cant shoot colorfull pics with the app.
Does anyone of you know if the MW 7,0 has a better camera app ?

Deem noooob . Just download another camera app from play store.
Depends what you mean by "better", it comes with 2 camera apps, both of which seem to take pretty good pictures. Only thing they don't have is the option to crappify the images by adding senseless filters, not being a 13 year old girl I'm ok with that.

I was running 5.0 for a couple of months till I upgraded to 6.0 last week. I wasn't as happy with the new design at first, and was already thinking about going back to 5.0, but then 7.0 came it and it right out blew me away. It's like a totally new phone, so smooth!
As for the camera, I've never even considered that the low saturation might be due to the camera app that comes with the rom - I think the Desire's cam is just crappy to begin with. :/

Nevertheless, the device and especially Android 4.2 looks awesome.
I am selling my one x for this, mostly for stock android.
Had enough of messing around with custom Rom, I am getting too old for this.
Not worried about 4G because in the UK will take more than a year to reach everyone and the prices are ridiculous, and by then nexus 5 will be available.
16gb more than enough for me, too old for music
Only worry is LG logo but a case sorts it out.

I've heard it's like Sense 4. But 1 better.

Where can I find the 2.18 build?
edit - found it. Can I wipe and flash back to 2.18 without issues?
I love the HTC J Butterfly Homescreen widgets, and sadly arent on the DNA. Is there a way to port them to the Galaxy Nexus? Mostly the Clock and quickstart apps. They are also on the HTC Rhyme, if the J butterfly isnt compatible.

It relies on HTC sense framework and libs, so to have work, you pretty much need to port the whole ROM.

Well that stinks. All sense ports have been dropped from some reason..I should have bought an HTC..the software buttons add so much annoyance too, extra time to put those in.

Tested and working on Hyperdrive. Should work on all current GS3 Roms.

NOTE: Focus before taking pictures, otherwise it crashes. You can relaunch it without a reboot though :good:

Y'know what? Camera quality is actually comparable to the stock camera. I'll take pictures of nature scenes later and see if there's a difference

Hahahaha nice painting. Okay I'll try it out. Only question is, will this replace the stock aokp camera on task650? Cause there seems to be a bug that doesn't allow any other camera to take front facing pictures and instead just reboots the phone when you try.
