post your benchmarks scores here so we can compare data
please include
rom
baseband version
kernel that youre using
battery percentage
internal memory percentage
phone memory percentage
if a2sd is on or off
if dalvik cache is cached to sd or not
sd card class
tweaks
like if v6 is running
stamnatis script etc..
so that we can make a good detailed comparison
and of course chow off aswell
here is mine termas kernel and mar os kernel...
noth are on performace governors,50 percent battery charge
creeds romv2.1,no v6,no stamatis,build prop tweaks for faster internet...
no as2sd 90mb left of phone memory...
corrupted partition on sd..hehehhehe

not really...
we are askking to post here so we can compare data on the kernels and get best results..
and as far i can understand...android development...benchmarking is part of development...it gauges results of developed roms,kernels,tweaks...
and dictates somehow if it was sucessful or not...
but if mod sees that its not fit here then he would move it right?

your linpack screenshoot, it's that from maroc-os kernel with oc ? why it's lower than stock one? i'm using stock rom (with samsung apps removed), i got 9.8xx on first run and 10.0xx on second.

Right now on repencis 3.5......was using chobits digitalis before......for me, it also depends on my mood.....if there's a new rom and it's getting popular, i immediately install it and then decide whether i should keep it or not....

I am using Creeds Rom v3.5 + ICS theme. For me this rom is very stable and beutiful.
And i like weui, NextToICS ROM v2.0 Galaxy Y Jelly Blast, Ice Cream Bread - Apocalypse v4.5, but this rom don’t support russian language(it’s very importent for me).
Kernel - white0.8.0 RC3 kernel. Because this kernel support governers.
p.s. sorry if my english bad.

Based on latest cm,latest kernel slaid480 adrenaline 3g Wi-Fi tweaks,grafical tweaks,2/3 apks itasoulas from miracle,ecc.

This stuff are good.but we expect you something which made by yourself not others work.

dont think samsung is required

I would suggest galaxy Spica. 800 mhz, 200-something ram. 2.1 stock, no touchwiz. Might do it myself, but need someone at my side to guide me through.

I have a good computer but adsl is slower..

I am compiling kernels with 12 kbs net speed, do you understand?where is the most slow net me or you.

what are you w8ing for? just dl ubuntu 11 or above (i suggest 11.10) install and set your ubuntu dl extra package etc... but what is behinde of the 2.1.1 idea?don't think 2.1.1 will be good coz most of the apps doen't work on that.

if u rerun a benchmark test on any stated above ROM
you will find such a differnce in two results on the same ROM
this is a very minor difference and doesn't mean
any high and low performance (i think so)
Ex:
rom=cm10 alpha3
kernel=forfivo maxmem
max freq=1401
min freq=245
app= antutu v3.0.3
results:
before reboot=5469
after reboot =5696

Honestly, a difference of less than 2% on a synthetic benchmark is nothing to lose one's sleep over. Attribute that to statistical error and/or inopportune events (like, the baseband deciding to resync with the BTS).
