Waaaat?
If you want a link for jb based rom for locked bootloader, FORGET IT.
You need custom kernel to run jb based roms, for custom kernel you need unlocked BL

if yes, is it better than stock rom or not
only stock based rom,no cm and miui

T E A M ROM is a modded stock rom which can be used via cwm no need for bootloader to be unlocked

you can flash stock based roms like Gin2JellyBean and true ancestor and Xperia NXT as they can be used with stock kernel.

Ok so its not so bad I did the dial to get the menu like in ur post but no root menu so I guess I cant unlock it could you direct me or link me to these said roms please and Ty

I think you can't change kernel with locked bootloader.
And in my opinion best rom is stock rom.
Best rom is last update of sony but u can test official miui...
Miui is very beauty but stock rom is best in performance ( locked BL)

Nope you can't Jelly Bean needs new kernel and in order to do it you need to have an unlocked bootloader... You can't do anything now but to wait for Sony's official update
