Recovery Proble? - HTC Wildfire S

My phone is s-off and rooted but I can't install the CWM Recovery.
I tried many things but no luck yet. I did flash the other RUU file but same result.
I can go to the recovery screen but after press the ercovery. It go to the blue text CWM Recovery screen.
Looks like an old CWM Recovery I think. It doesn't flash any zip file.
How do I install the CWM Recovery?

open play store(android market) and find app named "GooManager" okay.then installed it.
now open Goomanger and you will see option named "install openrecovery script".
click on that.that will download twrp recovery and flash itself.
procedure is same as you installed previous recovery via rom manager.this time you ll install different recovery.and yeah TWRP recovery is touch recovery so now you dont need to use volume and power key to select items

Please help me get back to TWRP

I was using the wonderful TWRP to flash and backup.
But since today I went into ROM Manager and updated to the new release of ClockWorkMod it is now using cwm as my default when I reboot into recovery. So how do I go back to using TWRP?
Easy method:
Goo Manager app from play store.
Options>Install TWRP
Still Easy Method:
Find the TWRP.img
fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img

Instead of Goo Manager I use an app called Flash Image GUI.
Just flashed in the twrp .img file like you said and voila. Im back in twrp
Cheers! :-D

CWM installed, but missing

The phone is with stock rom + root. Installed Rom Manager, then CWM.
CWM version is 5.5.0.0 and it is showing:
Current recovery: ClockworkMod 6.0.1.9
But when I select Reboot into recovery = Stock Android recovery appears.
If I shut it down and enter manually = again stock recovery.
Why?

I wanted to use ROM Manager and CWM, too, but was told only TWRP is the only recovery that works and not to even try installing CWM. It doesn't work with Samsung devices.

I read the problem is that stock Samsung roms always restore stock recovery and in order to make CWM work you have to delete the stock recovery file.
Q. I flashed CWM but each time I reboot the Stock Recovery is back
There is an auto recovery restore system on Android that will reflash the Stock Recovery if you flash CWM on a Stock Rom.
Use Root Explorer to Mount the system folder as R/W (or use a free app from the Market). Delete the file recovery-from-boot.p from /system. Now when you flash CWM Recovery it will NOT be overwritten after a reboot. You can also use the Toolkit to rename the files if you wish.

[Q] Update of recovery did not work

TOTAL NOOB HERE. So forgive me if I don't know the correct terminology and such.
I was in the process of updating my ROM from 4.1.2 to 4.3
The ROM stated that I needed to be running TWRP version 2.6.3.0 or 2.6.3.1. I checked on my phone and I have 2.5.0.0 installed. So I followed the link the ROM post and downloaded TWPR 2.6.3.1, and moved it to my SD card. I then did a nandroid backup and then flashed the VIP file for the recovery. Now when I try to boot into recovery I end up in a boot loop. I can boot the phone into the ROM just fine. Any suggestions as to what might have happened, or how I reinstall a recovery without having access to a recovery?
Thanks
Eagle
Download goo manager from the play store, open it, hit settings, then install open recovery script.

[Q] ROM Manager installed new CWM now I can't get into recovery

I have retried flashing Philz through Odin and it didn't help.
After ROM Manager installed updated CWM recovery would cause infinite boot of recovery reboots.
After flashing Philz it tries to go to Recovery then boots normal.
I need my recovery?
I can boot up regular or download just not recovery.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Dan

Go to the playstore and download Goomanager and after it's installed
click the right side menu key and select "install openrecovery script"
wait til it gets done and when its done restart the phone.
After that you should have the best custom recovery "TWRP"
it's the best and easiest to use.
No need to use ODIN to flash/install twrp.
You can also do the same thing using
TWRP Coordinator, with that app simply
select "Install TWRP" from the menu.
Either app is excellent and FREE!
Good luck!
Thanks for the suggestion. I was actually able to install TWRP recovery through Odin and will just leave it at that. I did like Philz but at least I have recovery working again.
Many thanks.
