Return your anker to them, they have an 18 month warranty for a reason.

The charger that allgamer posted works great! I just bought mine from Amazon a few weeks ago and I love it. It comes with a battery also, which is a huge bonus. Same battery that our phones came with. Now I have 3 batteries that are always charged and ready. Two thumbs up!

Bought the epic touch on release date. Could never get decent battery life on cm9. Thought I'd try a new battery since they're only $13. Went from under 2 hours screen on to 3 hours screen on time. Totally worth the 13$

Nice. I was thinking of getting a second battery. You just get a stock 1800 mAh one?

Moral of the story was if you have crappy battery life. Get a new one.

You could have picked one up for free at the Sprint store. I just exchanged two batteries, mine and the wife's, they didn't even check me in or look at the batteries. You're right, though, a new battery makes a huge difference.

Would the cable make a difference even though I use the stock adapter?

Maybe adapter would be okay but others ones have different voltage they put out. Like a BB charger I use is 1A and the stock Samsung is 750mA
If I'm not mistaken ?

Just be careful and read the specs on all 3rd party chargers....one I bought for car has trashed the battery.
Sprint just replaced mine, can get up to 12 hours with moderate use

Looks exactly like the Anker 2 pack and charger I bought for $17 shipped from ebay last November. I wonder if they changed their brand. Anyway, Anker is very well reviewed and did well in discharge tests compared to seidio and other over-hyped under-performing battery brands.
I just got these:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006SK5MCW/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00
2x 1950mAh batteries with a wall charger for 20$. They're working great so far. I had no idea my original battery had become so bad...
What do you folks think about the andida 2300 slim battery from obostore, selling for 8.99 free shipping.
I had a email exchange with the c. Care and they say the pieces are original.
Moreover they accept PayPal so we are safe from any crap
What say.

I heard about these batteries in another post and looked em up. Only heard good things and so far I am very happy. The wall charger is so cool. You can plug a usb cord into it from the male or female end.

I got that one and it got 30+ minutes more screen time than stock but the contacts dont line up exactly. Mine worked great for a month or two then started causing random reboots likely due to the co tacts not lining up so I trashed it.

Do they fit under the stock plate? Or do you need a extended plate?

Does anyone know where i can get just a regular battery like the one that comes with the phone? it just runs out of battery quite quickly dont necessarily need a extended battery maybe if i had the cash.
