Use kies.
Had same issue here.
Plus with kies can get a copy of stock rom.
Search my threads for more information.

Bro don't worry everyone hve that issue with the latest update because its a major updaye that can't be performed via OTA .So u can either update using samsung kies on pc or download latest firmware from sammobile.com and flash via odin

Flashing via Odin is not feasible to everyone as OTA file is just 19mb and the whole ROM is almost a GB
Via Kies the download is very slow

I would odin flash back to 4.2 to avoid Knox if you don't have it already. Sounds like you were already flashing custom Roms.

Let's start over for a minute. Give us a few more details. Are you on official 4.3 or a or a custom rom? Are you rooted? Can you get into download mode?

Wow. Samsung told you to root? To bad you don't have that in writing.

So I'm stock rooted if I flash 4.3 ROM well can I still go back to 4.2.2 and do I need to flash mk2 modem?
Sent from my SGH-M919 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
As long as you DON'T update the bootloader to 4.3 you can go back to 4.2. Just flash with recovery. You'll need to update the modem to mk2.

I actually just did mine too a few days ago.
Since you're already rooted, and you havent updated to 4.3, go to this link,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2544612
Flash the modem onto your phone.
After you've installed it, you can flash any rom you want from 4.2 to 4.3 and 4.4.
Its as simple as that. I had a hard time figuring out what I had to do, but all you need to do is root, install that modem, and then you can flash all you want.
No good

Flsshing via odin won't wipe data. Use root66 firmware to remain rooted.

Flash in odin like official firmware.
