Weird sd card problem

My sd card been acting very strange. It seems every time I delete a file or move it some where it doesn't stick. For example I tried felting a song various times and it just keeps reappearing. And if I try to copy a file from my internal sd card it won't stay there. Any help would be great

I was using it on my phone and tablet and I can't find my SD card adapter. I'll try formating it and see if that works.

Can I use kies to the go back to stock?

I don't have access to a pc to use odin and would like to go stock so my card is partitioned correctly.

If you search in general, there was a guide on how to switch your internal with.external (in the eyes of the OS anyway)

[Q] Format SD Card in TWRP

How do you format your SD Card on TWRP? Is it under wipe>advanced>micro SD?
I just want to verify before wiping. I've never cleaned my sd card using twrp and I'm a bit confused.

That sounds right. It should be clear which is internal and which is external. You're on latest 2.6.0.0, right?
