how to add urdu language support in desire hd running 2.2 rooted

non of the official desire hd roms currently supports urdu language. it only supports arabic and you can only read urdu messages if u have flashed arabic ruu. You can flash this rom which is pre rooted http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1436770
use custom rom.
i have tried these rom and they all support urdu.

I bought my ARC with Arabic support and updated to version 2.3.3 and lost the root. I flashed my phone with " LT15i_3.0.A.2.181_Generic_World.ftf " and rooted my phone and made the OTA upgrade. Now I have lost the Arabic language. Is there any ROM which support Arabic ??

My Desire is rooted + Recovery CWM V4.0.1.4 installed.
Actual Android HTC Official ROM : GB 2.3.3 - Build : 3.14.405.1
I can write SMS in Arabic, but its reception is in cutted words.
Can I add the Arabic language to this ROM ? How ?
