Need help for adding Arabic language to the official rom 2.3.3 ?

Hello,
My Desire is rooted + Recovery CWM V4.0.1.4 installed.
Actual Android HTC Official ROM : GB 2.3.3 - Build : 3.14.405.1
I can write SMS in Arabic, but its reception is in cutted words.
Can I add the Arabic language to this ROM ? How ?
