Yes love it. I changed my build.prop to 240 dpi and I run a few of the Samsung apps at 320 dpi because they dont look right at 240.

Thanks guys, tried it on myRom v4, worked like magic... love my hybrid note 2!!

Any TouchWiz ROMs out there that support 240 dpi?

Hi all,
I just wanted to know if there are any TouchWiz based ROMs out there that support a dpi 240 correctly.
I believe there a rom out there that supports 280 bit I believe 240 dpi is the sweet spot.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Changing DPI in Jelly Bean

I recently finally switched over to jelly bean from gingerbread. I used to use lcd modder pro to change my LCD density to 200 giving me the perfect screen resolution. I tried using it on JB and all it did was give me a soft brick making me reinstall everything. Is there something that works well with JB now to do the same thing? Also I would need to fix the problem with market incompability (LCD Modder fixed this inherently).
Thanks for any tips.

Yes, RTP sites a good job changing dpi. What you'll find, however cc is that some apps don't adjust properly, ie dialer, mail. For this I use the per app dpi changer. Great app found on here at XDA.

Have changed it but am not on stock
Why dont you make a nandoid backup and try it. I am curious myself. Find ro.sf.lcd_density in build.prop and try changing it to different values. Oh, and post some screenshots if you can
I tried that but then the Google Play goes haywire with compatibility issues and the home screen and app drawer do not cover up the whole screen :crying:
I am running 400 on stock
No issues with play
Some stock apps such as remote ,force closes

i wanna change my dpi to 240
for new leak 4.2.2 me7

i will upload my ROM for 4.2.2 in the next few days and it is include 260 DPI option

also i am doing some tests now on calculator but it can be replace by any of 3 other calculator apps included, so basically its a good start
keep your eyes on my thread if you wana try it

You have to use nottach xmod with app setting module so you can choose per app dpi and resolution.

ROM Manager works well. If you want something idiot proof use Density Changer
