Phone rebooting - Samsung Galaxy W I8150

Hey,
my phone are rebooting for a week now. I've try install a new ROM, but keep doing. Like this: it works cool, turn on the wi-fi and stuff... but when i open the browser, the phone reboot! And when i try turn it on right after the reboot, goes to the Samsung image and turn it black again.
It's the Kernel? Maybe the transition on the CM9 to the CM10, without taking any specific and may needed care?
Or i f*** my celphone...
Thank you very much, and happy 2013

Pristine is a way of flashing, you'll find it in the general section

Its the kernel issue. Try another kernel. I need to ask, did you OverClock your phone? If you did, let the phone cool down(battery removed) and then Underclock back it into stock frequency at least.

TouchWiz plus JB combo?

Hey guys, is it possible to combine these two ROMs? As in, add sounds and wallpaper to a jellybean ROM? As a test, I saved the deep sea live wallpaper from TouchWiz on my SD card and then tried to install on JB. It didn't work. Also tried saving the alarms, ringtones, and sounds from TouchWiz on the SD card and then moving them back into system while on JB. didn't work, and my phone crashed. I understand that Samsung apps will not run on a JB rom, but this also applies to the sounds and live wallpapers as well?
I love TouchWiz features , but think JB is a much snappier ROM. It would be great to see a combo ROM.
No one is going to spend the time or resources to do such a thing. Sorry bud but don't keep your hopes up. The probability of this happening is slim to none.

Time + resources =about 10 minutes, a phone w/ root explorer/windows PC w/7zip. Not exactly rocket science. Hell took longer to upload to my dropbox on this God awful network then it did to throw it 2gether
Thanks for the zip. Everything works but I have to reinstall the deep sea live wallpaper each time I reboot. Anything else I need to do? I tried wiping dalvik and cache as well as fixing permissions.

After dirty flashing the cm10 8/12 build, the wallpaper sticks and works good.
Now for a new feature... Haptic feedback. I hate how heavy cm10 haptic feedback is. Is this something that can be adjusted or moved from tw?

GPS
Camera, open and see, it takes awsome pictures, artistic...
Notification LED and buttons backlight aren't working
Power menu shut down wont actually shut down the phone (LOL)
It'd be cool to have a reboot to recovery, fastboot menu..
Report if you notice any more bugs
If there are any devs that know how and are willing to fix some of these bugs, be my guest, if you manage to fix them post a patch and I'll incorporate them into the ROM
How to install:
---Download the rom and put it on your SD card
---Reboot to clockworkmod
---Wipe data, wipe cache
---Go to advanced tab/Wipe dalvik cache
---Flash the ROM
---Reboot and say hello to your new ROM
Tips:
Get Antutu CPU Master from market and overclock as much as you can, like always, change governor to smartassV2..
Get Spare Parts from market, open Spare parts, window animations and transition animations, set both to very slow, it will give you an animation that is slow till the app you wanted loads, nice trick for your brain

I'm using the latest Amon Ra recovery (I think it was 1.7 or sth). I wiped everything, and i flashed just the rom, nothing else. I flashed it twice, first i thought it was a bad download or sth, but the checksums were correct.
Also I needed to sign it, because at first the rom failed the check. I used Auto-Sign_v0.65 Maybe this can cause an issue?

[Q] CleanBean v4.0 (Issues)

I'm running a Sprint Galaxy S3, I went from fully stock ROM / Kernel to CleanBean v4.0 and I have noticed some issues with my LCD, At first I thought it was my Kernel, But then after reading through all the comments on CleanBean thread no one has my issues. So I'm not sure what is wrong with it. But this is what it does, When I'm not using it for awhile and the screen is off, I randomly will grab it and start to use it. And it will "Look" as if the phone has shut off. (Screen won't turn on etc) But my LCD notification lights are still on and blinking normally. So then I have to power button it for a long time, Then it will finally reboot. This has happened about 4-6 times so far and only when I'm not using the phone. It has yet to screw up like that during use. So if someone knows what could cause this please help me!
Is clean bean AOSP? If so, is it using the 3.4 kernel?
If not, did you do a clean flash to CleanBean and check the md5sum of your download?
EDIT: Nvm, just found the thread
Make sure it wasn't a bad download

I'm not running Clean Bean, here's my experience. I know that there are some apps that are poorly coded... In particular, there are some games where if I turn the screen off while playing, will do something similar when I try to turn the screen back on. When I press the power button, the hard keys light up but not the screen. I think it has something to do with how the app handles the screen-off (sleep)/screen-on (wake) commands.
Are there any apps that you use regularly that might be causing this?

Mic problems on AOKP ROM

So i'm on to like my third GS2 because it seems like i always have bad luck with ROMs or there is common issue that i haven't yet noticed. I am currently not even rooted but i have this itch to just root once again and flash my beloved AOKP that i love dearly. The problem is that every time i flash the ROM everything is fine and smooth for about a month, but then people start telling me that my mic and my end of the call sounds really bad. I always test speech to text and google now and the phone seems to understand and hear me perfectly, but the issue of phone calls remain. I really wanna know if this is a common issue especially with this ROM so that i can stay away from rooting and flashing for good now or if there is a way to fix this or if someone has worked their way around this. Any help or info would be appreciated, thanks!
AOKP to the death bro i feel you on that and do you have the newest radio installed MC6 (baseband) any of the newer ROMs all recommend to use the newest radio but on a side note yes the issue is know but not everyone gets it but ive never actually had that problem every phone acts differently and behave differently not every phone is created equal
Do I need to install the MC6 radio separately? I've had the issue with all my GS2's :/
Sent from my SGH-T989 using xda app-developers app
yes just download this and flash it in recovery http://goo.im/devs/Void_Dweller/SGH-T989_UVMC6_radio.zip and see if you have any improvements also what radio are you on now ??
OK thank you. Well like I said in my first post I am unrooted and stock right now. I just want info at my reach in case it happens again because its a stressful situation where all my calls are impossible and I want to be able to fix it right away if it happens

I also used to have an issue with AOKP because when I was in USB mass storage connected to my computer it would either freeze and I would have to reboot the phone or it would just disconnect and not recognize the phone until I rebotted again. Any ideas on this issue? I really wanna get back to AOKP, i just run into a lot of issues somrtimes :/

I flashed original aokp milestone1 from this site: http://aokp.co/devices/hercules and everything is fine and well but i'm having problems with it freezing in usb mode. I treid flashing the radio but it would keep aborting it and not flshing. I will try re-downloading the radio and slim bean rom which was also being aborted and try again. do i need gapps when i flash slimbean as well?
OK so i was able to flash the radio you told me to but it was no use, my side of the phone call sounds like if i was talking through a fan, this is really frustrating now :/ any ideas? I will try flashing slimbean again and keep you posted. thanks for all your help up until now, i appreciate it bro.
OK so i re-downloaded the slimbean rom and also flashed the 4.2.2 slim gapps and i am so happy and satisfied that my phone actually works the way it's supposed to now. I only have two small concerns now that i hope you can help me with.
1. When i connect to my pc my phone only gives me the options to connect as a media player or a camera. It's as if it dosn't even have a usb mass storage option? I also noticed it has no developer section in settings.
2. Everything is small. I know you might know this and it might be normal or default but is there any way to change this and make it normal? Is it something to do with Dpi? It's kinda annoying lol

[KJT] [My Device] About my Device...

Hello!
My name is KJT (on the net) and I have a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy SIII t999. When it came to me it had stock 4.0.4 Android. First thing I did was Root/CWM recovery it so that I could Wi-Fi Tether and have a custom recovery.. I found nothing wrong with the phone and it did everything I needed it to and more! At the time I wasn't willing to customize my firmware because I didn't really care.. Two(almost 3) years passed by and so much has changed in the modding community. So I checked on faster ROM's for my device and found so many to pick from! I didn't know what to pick.. I tried a couple of ROM's, but I found myself going back to SlimKat 4.4.2.build.3-OFFICAL-3061 and WOW was I surprised at how the look and feel made my phone like new again.. I now say to my friends that I upgraded my S3 into the S4.. Not really, but its "like" I did, with a software update. Heheh..
Anyways back to my device.. After updating to SlimKat I found some things a little weird with my phone, but nothing I couldn't figure out (except one thing that I will get into a little later). There was a couple things screwy with it and I had to research for a couple of days to find the answers. After fixing the small issues I wanted to fix the CPU issues and why it would throttle when I played a game longer then 5mins.. I found the option and disabled it, but it seemed to drain my battery way faster with it off. I then looked at new kernels for my phone and what would work good for battery and for performance. I found KTweaker and realized that installing SlimKat changed my model number to Samsung-SGH-I747. So I installed the Kernal (3.4.82-cyanogenmod-g9a7e2a6 [email protected] #1 Sun Mar 9 16:16:31 MST 2014). It seemed to work really well, but I see the LED blinking Blue on bootup(and stay blinking) every time I restart my phone now after installing this Kernal. So I tricked the LED to turn off by using Light Manager's test notification option. Once I turn on test and then shut screen off, the LED turns to the color I was testing in Light Manager and the LED turns off.. So that is the trick, but if there is anyone that can help me understand or fix the Blue LED that stays blinking after boot up, I would really appreciate it. I have no other apps that control notifications, and I have tried turning off all LED options, but nothing seems to work. The only thing I can do is trick the LED..
So after that, I decided I would try and find another Kernel/Tweaks, but after flashing Xtweak it seems to be running a bit smoother. I am stuck no with only one issue and that is the Blue LED flashing at boot and staying on until I trick it. KTweak app (Not XTweak) that is listed in the menu had some crazy OC settings and profiles. Now I think I am set with my CPU issues. I played my game Order and Chaos Online(GAME PLAY) for 4 hours yesterday with no lag and the CPU never throttled.
So my only problem is the Blue LED at boot.. I hope to figure it out and I will report back if I find the solution. Thanks for reading.
------------------------------------------
::UPDATE:: March 01-06, 2014...
------------------------------------------
First off the LED blue light has been fixed with a format of the internal memory and flashing a new rom. I believe the problem was with Slimkat ROM and Ktoons kernel on build 3.
I have SlimKat Build 4 now after some internal data lose(system/data/cache and most of my personal data from the last month... lol). I recommend not trying to fix your phone at 3:am and tired.. I had a back up from last month, but I know I lost a lot of other stuff I can't remember, but I think it was a good thing, because my phone is now running faster and with a lot more space on the internal hdd. So I guess I did a system restore with updating to Build 4. I am really enjoying build 4 and haven't come across any problems. I have not installed KToons kernel yet, but he has updated it and I will try it out when I have more time. I will update later. Thanks for reading..

I do need the notifications turned on, but when ever I restart my phone the blue LED light(top left cover on face of device) continues to stay pulsing way past boot. I use to see it only pulse a few times at boot and then it would stop and load the OS. It only started happening right after I flashed the KToon kernel. I love the kernel and it make my device so much better then it was before with the SlimKat kernel.
I also have tried many different steps to stop the pulse at start up, but only found that if I trick it and put on another LED notification, then it stops after I make it change to the other notification.. Its almost like it gets stuck on the notification for boot up. I uninstalled all apps and also reformatted.. I was thinking of another kernel install, but have not found a better kernel(even with this issue) then KToons..

Thank you and I will speak to him/her.
Question for you.. Do you know of any other kernels that might be better or the same as KToons? If you don't know thats cool.. Thanks for the replies!

I had the stock for over 2 years and wanted something new.. More performance and battery life. This kernel has done that with the KTweak settings I have.

EDIT: What I really want is what this kernel is giving me, its just the led problems I need to solve... lol

Yup, i've been flashing on Galaxy's since the S2. After the S2, Samsung released identical hardware for all carriers, including the international edition. The only software you had to worry about is recoveries, Baseband, and if on T Mobile, the TW version if you wanted Wifi calling.

My wireless calling works fine and I am on T-Mobile network. So I guess I did everything correct.. lol
Still trying to figure out the Blue LED at boot....
UPDATE!!!
Ok, so I found out that it was the Ktoons kernel that was giving the notification Blue LED at start and wouldn't go away. I guess it was set to notify at start, but then never turned off. This is now fixed because of a flash to the new build 4 of slimkat.
So the issues that I was having before with the LED was only because of the kernel I flashed on a slimkat rom. It worked great, but had the LED issue.
::UPDATE::
Ok, now to talk about my new updated build 4 slimkat device.
