Alright guys I just found a thread that is becoming viral right now and I just want to post it here AS IT WORKED LIKE A F*CKING BOSS ON MY ACRO S (Stock ICS 4.0.4 firmware .55, Stock modded kernel with init.d support by cobrato)
It just reduced almost all the lags on my phone! Everything is faster and smoother! App open, transitions, animations, everything!
Link for the thread here - CLICK ME
If you have a ROM/Kernel that supports init.d scripts and shiz like that...
Flash the zip file instead of the apk... provided by this guy who posted this - CLICK ME
After flashing... go to Android Terminal Emulator (Get it for FREE on Play Store if you don't have it)
and follow as the post instructed, type su then hit enter... then type seeder
if you got it correctly it should be like this...

after that type 3 and hit enter... when it shows something like this...
THEN IT'S WORKING FOR YOUR PHONE! Try it out now! Good Luck guys!
AS ALWAYS, BEFORE DOING STUFF LIKE THIS ON YOUR PHONE, DO A FULL NANDROID/CWM BACKUP!!! Peace!
Tying it now

Can't say I'm noticing any improvements, just installed it. But maybed it's too soon.
The only mod that ever done anything for me is Supercharger V6. Was a bit of a pain to set up but now I'm 100% supercharged, using Unledded 512HP balanced option and I'm in multi-tasking heaven.
Im testing this today, if it works good, Ill add it to my mod/tricks to reduce lag.
If we restart the phone, do we need to type in terminal again ?
thanks ....

No
That Terminal method is just to check whether if it's working or not, you don't need to check it every time u restart your phone
http://www.xda-developers.com/android/entropy-seed-generator-not-all-its-hacked-up-to-be/
I tried to check seeder using terminal but it says sh: seeder: not found, I am using the apk version and i'm not sure if terminal is compatible,
if it is compatible are there any other commands to check if seeder is doing what it's supposed to be doing.
I just did the above method and it works now, I suppose the apk doesn't install the same as the zip.
Thanks to the people who made my xperia s run smoother.

I'm also using the apk and using terminal emulator doesn't show anything.
But well, I feel my phone a little bit smoother, maybe it is working LOL
I used the apk file and my data connection became terrible. It dropped out every minute... I removed the app and it's the same it was before. Might conflict with something...

I've used the apk version and YES,it makes recent apps and switching between apps faster. :good:
But I'm not seeing any improvements other than that.

Yepp, let me enlight you:
- Unless we don't have custom kernel with init.d support, init.d scripts are useless. However you can install these files to init.d folder, but will never run.
- SGY does not have touch key backlight so these are nonsense
Code:
# touch-key backlight-off
echo 0 > /sys/class/leds/button-backlight/brightness
chmod 444 /sys/class/leds/button-backlight/brightness
Nevertheless if you've experimenting with this values, and find them effective, it would be useful, when finally we have init.d support in our little Y.
(currently I'm working on init.d support hack for stock kernels, I'll let you know about the outcome)

Thank you for the great job!
Are you planning any other languages in this ROM?
looks promising, gonna try it out for a day or so and report back.
AOKP isn't on JB yet,so i think this would be the most customizable rom on JB yet !

Yes, the file is downloading without the ".zip? extension. Simply add it to the file name and you will be fine. We will update the file on our server later today to correct this. Sorry for not catching this sooner.

This is my first booting ROM, it seems working fine, for best performance enable Zram to 26% and overclock to 1400Mhz (not necessary but adds smoothness ), and use TURBOBOOST mod if you meet some slowdowns!
First boot takes a while, and when setup wizard comes up you will get a force close of a thing but don't worry, that doesnt matter!
And let the rom stabilize because for the first 2-3 minutes it's laggy as hell! :cyclops:
Some instructions:
In performance menu enable KSM (kernel samepage merging)
In performance menu enable Zram to 26%

CHANGELOG
28/06/2013: Build 2
If you want the mass storage shortcut, you have 2 options:
- flash this zip http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=41446998&postcount=24 wich also contains smallapps launcher and another thing, wich are very very buggy and i wont fix
- flash this projectsmyrna.com/dogaozkaracahost/paolosrom/storage.zip wich is the same exact zip without those buggy apps, just the shortcut. If you use the shortcut please go thank him because it's his work.
Anyway YOU MUST flash the zip AFTER THE FIRST BOOT, if you flash it with the rom you will have a bootloop.
Ported from Xperia ArcS
Shotcut to Usb Mass Storage added
DSP Manager included in the port
A bit smoother
Battery life should be better

Actually, it does work, when you connect to the pc you must go to settings, storage and turn on the storage connection, I don't think in xperia roms you can do it from status bar, anyway I'll look for a short cut because I noticed too

nice rom, fast, sleek,
what doesn't work for me is that there are no sound enhancements under settings only clear audio!!
usb mount is a pain please find a shortcut.
using this rom currently - battery drain is another issue for me at the moment, will do a full charge and check.
EDIT: DAMNNN YOU NOOBY _ YOUR ROM ROCKS, JUST PLAYED TEMPLE RUN 2 & SUBWAY SURFER they run superb no lags, no mods added at all, only changed the font as it didn't look good on the small font size.
Great ROM, congrats!
Everything is working but there should be option to mount as mass media instead of stock MTP in next release.
I also has Error 7 in TWRP but it doesn't matter.

That problem with flash is being fixed right now, it's the keyboards fault, this evening or tomorrow a new build will be up without that problem!
The keyboard needs to be flashed apart in a flashable zip :highfive:
PORT is now up to XDA rules. Thank you for complying.
Please create a Q&A thread for this PORT in the Q&A section. Please remember this is a development section and should be used as such.
In this thread, there is no need for
~asking about other peoples settings
~asking "how does this compare to....."
~NEVER comment about updates, they will be posted when available.
~Saying Thanks, cool, great job... That's what the tnamks button is for.
~ asking, can xyz be added.
SMS counts is also not working... What i mean is when we received a sms there is number shown in the message app icon so we know how much messages we received
if u fixed that we appreciate otherwise its cool without it
I'll look at it, I just encountered a weird thing. The apps aren't responding, I touch the app but it doesn't open, if you encounter the same issue please let me know!
dont ktow if this is also a problem with all xperia roms .... or even if our phones are DLNA compatible or not ... the Movies app detects my computer but doesnt list the shared movies ..

Did you give it a shot? Was it successful? What rom and kernel are you running? I assume you have a sprint note 2.

cool take your time I hope you enjoy it. it's definitely worth it at least for me I mean that's the reason we bought these phones right so we can multitask
I'm gonna test out a rooted stock ROM. I'll let you know how it goes on your main thread.

Do you have an updated closed installer than 2.1.4? Finally tried it, and I get an error in place of the closed installer button
"Does not support Android SDK 18...you can try anyway...",trying anyway throws an error.
Trying on Slimbean 4.3 Beta 2

I'm not sure if I did it right. The first window I drop almost always ends up with the pin and I can make it green and move it around, etc.. I'm not sure how to get more floating windows with pins like your image shows.
Also, I maximized a window and for the longest time after that, even if I closed all apps, I couldn't get a floating window. Some how I started working again.
Xposed Installer 2.1.4
app_Process 24
XposedBridge_jar 2.1.4
App Settings 0.4
xMultiWindowMod 1.3 - I downloaded the XPOSEDMULTIWINDOW240.APK
I also modified the two apps for 240 dpi, etc... so what am I missing? So far what I've seen looks cool.

Judging by the look of the errors. It looks like you don't have busy box installed. You can get it here. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.busybox.installer

Click the first app and drag the second app. After you pin that one green. Then click another app and drag a second app. The first one will pin again. See a pattern?

Xposed is conflicting with 4.3. I'm sure they update is compatibility soon. Maybe you should ask them if they can make it compatible with 4.3

I missed the part of about pinning it. Now it works like a charm! I'll post that on the main thread too.
---------- Post added at 05:03 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:00 PM ----------
Also, is it better to keep all the pins green or only the app you are currently using?

just got this working on stock nexus 7 flo "2013" device 4.4.4 only thing is the profile pic force closes cause i cannot disable sig check or sign the settings apps, so i had to mod a few TW files cause the compiler was spitting some errors that it couldnt find this resource or that. no biggie i renamed a few files and it worked again.
YOU MUST DISABLE SIGNATURE CHECK BEFORE INSTALLING THIS OR ELSE YOU WILL END UP IN BOOT LOOPS it is included in this zip. if you dont boot up then flash the sig check disabler in the second post. NOTE, as you disable this you are at high security risk. and you benefit from a lot of other things as well
fully fixed and working. must disable signature check in order for it to work. "link in the second post"
okay now thats outta the way. here is a simple mod for system ui and settings just flash in recovery you know the rules.
back up your rom.
flash my zip
reboot
enjoy ???? maybe
FLASH THIS IN 4.4.4 stock deodex rom only. it may work for others but will not guarantee you anyhting

What is it you need do you need signature check disabled or did you want the mod ? The guide is very detailed you can do this in under 20 mins. Have you even tried it ? I will not do it for you but I'll teach you and what you need to do is use apktool first set it up for your ROM and device once you are done come back here and I'll teach you the next step. Also a good command to know is apktool if framework-res.apk
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using XDA Free mobile app
exactly i need a command and good teacher to teach me well xD
i have a tutor but i dont understand wht first should i do. i have a fb group, thats no more help and slow respon so i cant understand how to dc rc exactly :'(
if you wanna teach me, i would be very thanks
Alright I'll teach you how to port it. But first you will need the following items I am using Windows 7 x64 bit
1,apktool version 2 (anything above 2.0.0 I think its rc3)
2,notepad++ (or your favorite text editor)
3,your ROM that is "deodex"
4,you will need to copy the following items to your computer
1,secsettings.apk
2,systemui.all
3,twframework-res.apk
4,framework-rea.all
(The command to install is apktool if systemui.apk ) do that for each one googl3 apktool setup for more info
Once you have all this you will need all tool set up to use from cmd line go and Google how to set that up. If you already have it then move on to the next step
Step 2, install your frameworks and systemui
If you setted up apktool CD to where your files are I suggest putting them in under c:\projects\mods " you don't have to do this I do it cause I can keep track"
Step 3 download from the fbmod forum in the first post for settings and profile pic
Follow from there what to do if you run into a problem ask me for help where you are stuck at
P.s I am not a teacher nor a good one at that. I just happening to. Know a few things how to get around them I learn from my self what needed to be fix and went out of boundaries to do funky stuff I have a few guides under android forum as well you can take a look at to help you learn
