could someone kindly help me how to do the Certificate Sign to the .Mui file? I am cooking outres.dll.0409.mui file, but dont know how to sign it?

This is not the best way to find the answers you look for....
Try search with google this words sign DLL HTC xda and start reading... sure you'll find it

RUU is a "Radio Unit Upgrade" RUU is the name of the upgrade package for the OS ROM, It comes as a desktop Windows installer that holds both the ROM image and the software needed to get that image from your desktop PC to the Wallaby
But please forget this name, it is confusing because it upgrades the Radio Rom & the OS ROM, or only one of them!

dont know I dont have a hero, but maybe you can find the custom ruu updater from someone in the forum! try searching for a "windows RUU" try one that lets you run the hero.img im sure one is out there!

we indeed do have a problem here cause the file is in zip format. so far havent seen any RUU for the hero. guess will have to wait till morning for the chefs to help us out .

yes. thanks but that was not what i meant. i meant that it was not in the expected .exe format like the custom htc roms. tried to rename to update.zip and to apply through recovery mode but didnt work. any other ideas?

no. because if you cant find the stock rom or know how to pull the rom for a RUU you have no business doing dev work...

I do know how,but when I put in my phone its gonna take make back to stock Rom and which I don't want
The way is easy you just have to get it out of a folder when the setup starts and as I said before I ain't doing it cz I don't wanna go back to stock rom

Dude I aren't I downloaded the one that helps u if u bricked ur device I want the zip one because if I run the one I downloaded its gonna delete everything!!! And give me the zip but everything is gonna be gone I'm not bothered to reinstall 85 apps

When you want to develop a ROM, you need the stock that has an install wizard (RUU) and extract the rom.zip from it, and then extract system.img from the rom.zip and the next step, next step and next step as you said you know how.
For a start, I show you how to extract the rom.zip. See : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=27586482&postcount=1235
Then if you are not sure what to do with it, stop asking things for developing rom. (and stop PM too).
To be a developer is to start from scratch or at least from the RUU, not simply porting other people's job and make/claim it yours. You need to know at least what is apk, jar, apktool, smali & baksmali, compile and decompile for the basic developing.

The only trolling I see, is from those of you flaming the OP. XDA is not a place to conduct yourselves like this. If you choose not to help another member, that is fine. If you see a post or thread that deserves a Moderators attention, just use the report feature and one of us Moderators will look into it. Do Not engage that member, or start a flame war over it.
TBH, your flaming is far worse than posting a thread asking for an RUU.

I already give you a start on how to extract img files / rom.zip from RUU. That is the basic. After you are successful with that, then will come the next step.

If that happens, just report it, and it will be looked into. In all honesty, XDA is not a help site. We encourage all members to do some footwork, demonstrating that all measures have been exhausted before creating threads, asking for help. More times than not, you will find what you're looking for.
ckpv has provided you with some useful resources to get you on your way. With that said...

[REQUEST] H815(P) V10H Rooted System.img

Hello, hope everyone's fine, i would like to knoe if there's any V10H rooted available ? because i searched the internet and couldn't find any, and even , i couldn't inject root to my system.img (10H) so please is you can do it for me and link a download link would be much appreciated, and i'm not the only one here wanting a v10H, because my phone current state doesn't support unlocking thr bootloader.. so yeah, stuck.

hello, thank you for replying, but i already mentionned that " i couldn't inject root to my system.img " which means i read the post and couldn't inject root into my system.img, which lead me to post a request here, to see if anyone can root it for me. thanks for your help

Well I'll be getting my Australian LG G4 today or tomorrow in the mail (hopefully) pretty sure the model will be either H815 or H815T but all of those flash on any of the H815(?) variations. If you like I will upload my rooted system.img after I'm done making it.
Was planning on holding out rooting my device for a while, but hey.. I may as well make the rooted system.img in the meanwhile
Actually if you could be bothered uploading your IMG file I could do it for you.
