I installed a several custom roms and now when I try to download pictures or any other stuff from the internet it just tells me ''download unsuccessful''...does anybody know how to fix this???

How on earth do you expect anybody to be able to give you an accurate solution when you cant even be bothered to give any background information or things you have tried to solve??????
When asking for help you need to have some courtesy and give all relevant information so that people then dont have to guess or ask questions.
When did issue start?
What rom are you on?
Have you tried other roms?
Have you factory reset?
Have you tried other battery?
Have you tried other sdcard?
It could be one of many reasons but without you giving any info other then "my phone freezes how do I fix" type of silly post nobody can help you.
