and after that i cant install any ROMS?
i see the "......0%" and after 5 mintus i get error

try helmi's 1.3 rom, it should fix all your problems and unlike earlier roms (you mentioned tuma 1.4) it is very stable and i dont kow of any bugs atm.

but since upgrading i cannot install any application now

It would help if you gave some more details to your problem. What's stopping you from installing apps? Error messages? What apps are failing to install?
