kernel suggestions??? - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II

Someone told me I should post this here so here it goes.
Can anyone recommend a kernel for the T-Mobile galaxy note 2. I'm looking for something with great battery life...

perseus..excellent battery life

Definitely the Perseus kernel. Amazing battery life despite being overclock.
You can find it in the "original development" section.

Can you flash it over the stock room if rooted or should I change to a different rom?

When I enable cpu usage description in developers menu what do the figures mean. Eg, is presently says 0.14/0.17/0.15. Which one is present usage and what do the others mean?

Using the 5/10 stable version of this with trinity....runs pretty impressively so far. Any idea if they are still building this? 5/10 was the last build I seen from their twitter @viciousbot

My battery life

Paranoid Android 2.51 freshly wiped. Two gmail accounts and 3G/WiFi usage. GSM model:
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
That's pretty standard. There's a lot of battery life threads where you can post your stats.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
That's pretty good. Mine gets around the same - I always forget to check it before charging. XD
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus
I used to always get 2hrs. Im not longer using light flow now and I think that could have been one of, if not all, the culprit to being plateaued out at 2hrs.

Show me a 5 hour screen life with real usage and I will be impressed.

Best VZW 4.2.2 kernel?

Which is the best in your opinion? I'm still looking for one that is as smooth as 4.1.2-4.2.1
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
There is no best. You need to figure out which one is the best for you, and your particular ROM.
The problem in 4.2.2 is not the kernel and the kernels work on Galaxy Nexus phones. Also best kernel / rom threads are discouraged.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Try them all see which one you like
