It is stucked on the vibrant logo...i tried to open the facebook app,it stucked, ji pullednout the battery and after that the starting screen appeared and nothing happens, it is stucked. I'll try to flash a new rom vi odin,i'll let you know what happened. Thhanks for your answers!

Is your device rooted or not?
You must be using build.prop tweaks or have changed screen density.
I also got bootloops because stock kernel doesn't support it.

[Q] Ramdump and Boot loop error > Pls help !

Hello,
Yesterday, I buy my new i8150 Galaxy Wonder and i root my phone
I install the rom Black Notes Chapter 2 with ClockworkMod.
I used V6 Supercharger with scrip manager.
After the restart everything worked normally and I just installed Viber app.
Being tired, I have not verified if the scrip was properly installed
I go to bed and getting up several hours later, my i8150 galaxy displays a black screen with
RAMDUMP mode
<null>
I will restart my phone and there's only the Samsung logo that flashes every second.
No more access to Clockwormod, the logo flashes too.
The only thing I know to do is put it into Download Mode or RAMDUMP Mode > cause: force upload
So I try flashed an original rom (W I8150XXKK1 Galaxy (EUR)) into Download Mode with Odin Multi Downloader v4.43.
Every step is going well, but when it restarts automatically at the end of the process, the Samsung logo blinking again.
I also tried to reinstall ClockworkMod with Odin Multi Downloader, but still the stage proceeds successfully, always the same problem of flashing samsung logo on startup and no access to ClockworkMod
Help me please, it's been over 5 hours I'm looking for a solution.
THANK YOU
I'm not completely new to android, I trained for over a year with my ZTE Blade with different Rom (CyanogenMod)

Just doing independent research
From 1:10 wonder has this problem...
No kidding, but the characteristic for the phone that possible have a boot loop are always have FORCE CLOSE app and doing RESTART itself
It can fixed but only if we get stock firmware with wipe and boot loader to fix this issue
I will bring this issue to new tread
Im having this problem too. Any solutions for it.
Used perfectly for a day and 2nd day when i woke up the samsung logo keeps flashing..

This is EXACTLY what happened yesterday..and just now I wiped everything in the phone and turned it on. It worked first, but there was a FC on the start or something..and the screen goes black. But I notice that I'm still in the custom ROM I was using (GingerICE). Then I turned it off and and went to CWM. I tried reboot system now, but I was stuck in the samsung logo. Can someone help?
I have the backup of the stock ROM. Is it safe to make the backup?

if you could boot into Recovery screen, you could try:
wipe factory/system, wipe cache, advanced > wipe dalvik.
[careful] i usually format my /system if i get bootloops.
then reflash the ROM. reboot.. in my cases, those steps always worked.
edit: you should checkout the GingerICE with non OC version, the OC may work on some device and some don't, IMO if you're using your droid for daily use, i recommend using the non OC

maybe it sounds stupid, but why don't you try flashing recovery image and see if it boots you to the recovery?
or maybe you can logcat and look what made it boot loop... just my 2cents
i also noticed that when turned off and i plug in charger i dont see the battery screen to show that it is charging

the customer is telling the truth. same thing happened to me. i've had 3 galaxy phones, & this is the first time it happened. i downloaded an app from Playstore. used it for a couple of hours. then exit the program. then after a few hours while playing a different game, my screen went black (which at first I though was due to low battery) then it turned on but only until the NoteII logo. Tried to charge my phone but the battery icon only had this white circle at the center, there wasn't a green bar that's supposed to be showing up when you're charging. I couldn't access the recovery mode. i could access the download mode though. I tried to install CMW & stock rom, but both failed. Odin said my phone has got no PIT file.... please help!
BTW. Let me just tell you more about the apps involved. I downloaded Zynga Poker from Playstore at around 1PM. Played it until maybe around 3PM. Exit the program though it's still sending me annoying notifications. Then at around 9PM, I played RuneMasterPuzzle, which I've been playing since I've got my phone. Actually I've had that in my S2 before & never had a problem. So I'm blaming Zynga Poker.
I really, really need your help. Please...
TIA

I have the same problem.
I tried many solutions like, flashing its ROM, fix partition, followed Dr. Ketan's advices. Still no good. I can access Odin Mode but I can't access my recovery.
Here's my situation:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=35133784#post35133784
What the hell. So I'm not the only one with this problem. Same goes for me. I checked mails on my note 2 when it suddenly went black and rebooted. Then it was stuck at the first bootscreen. I can also go into Download mode but not into recovery. I tried flashing Stock Roms, Rescue Rom, Custom Roms, Root and CWM but nothing ever changed the situation.....perhaps this is a bigger problem?!
This is my Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2040464
Isn't there anybody able to help us?!
Try to closely read this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1923956.
Then try to use Note 2 Toolkit.
Does it work?
Among other features, this one (as stated on their thread):
Flash Stock Boot Image back to your phone

Problem with toolkit is that i does not see my phone. I can only get to download mode. Nothing else. Can't boot it up and when i try to use the toolkit it says that USB debugging needs to be enabled... well seems like that isnt the case, did not need it before so i think it's disabled :/
What did you do to the phone exactly?
Did you ever root it? Which root method did you use? From where did you follow instructions to do so?
Did you ever flash some firmware? Which one? What's the full name of the file you flashed?
EDIT: Please, these questions are mandatory to understand the issue.
Alright so it happened on sunday, my phone was complete Stock and i never installed root or custom rom before on this device. I was checking my mails when the phone suddenly rebooted. When it was up again i suddenly got the S-Voice instructions which i had to click through. After that the phone rebooted again. When i had to enter the PIN i just touched the screen for a second and the screen went black again. Now it rebooted to bootscreen and got stuck there. After that i tried anything to get it back to life. I am not able to enter recovery, only download mode.
In the meatime i flashed anything that looked promising. For example the newest Stock rom for my Note 2, CWM+ Root, Stock Recovery+ Root, Rescue Rom with PIT-File (got it here in the Forum for getting bricked phones back to live, it has all the files - phone, csc, modem, PIT and bootloader), Recovery Fix..... i tried anything but it still gets stuck at bootscreen and i was never able to get to recovery......
When i check in download mode my Counter is now at 10 and Current Binary and System Binary is Custom. Even when i flashed Stock Rom, System binary never changed back to Official. it's always custom....... Odin flashing is always succesful even tried it on different PCs....yet still getting stuck at bootscreen......
Dunno if there's even a way to get it back to live
Edit: I flashed my old Galaxy S up and down without problems and even when it was softbricked it was no problem for me to get it back to live. This time i just don't see any possible solution -.-

Did this also. When I plug the USB Cable, PC will beep (detected by PC, meaning driver is working) But in Toolkit's Interface, Phone's serial number is not showing. What I can do in Toolkit is to Launch Odin, well, Odin can detect the phone. BUT after flashing. It will reboot to the first boot screen.
Is this a sort of a SOFT BRICK?
Is it already a hardware problem? like fried chip or something?
I'm already running out of options here. :crying:
Well at the moment i haven't found anyone who is able to help us and i tried many different things to get it working again. Without success....
Perhaps somewhere here on xda we will find a savior but at the moment i don't see any hope for our devices but to send them to samsung :/
After reading some threads and searching for the cause of the problem, well, that thing, i must say that "Reboot of Death" LOL! happened under normal use, stock, unrooted Note2s.
Some threads with the same problem.

Same thing happened with me aswell. I went again to download mode and flashed CWM first. After flashing CWM i wiped dalvik, cache partition & then data reset. Ofcourse i lost my apps but i had phone & sms backup with me.
Later i flashed a new firmware thru pc odin & everything was fine. The phone started perfectly. Give a try. Hope it works for u aswell.

Do you see any missing/unknown devices in Device Manager?
If so you might just need to download an updated USB driver from Samsung's website.
I'm having this exact same issue. I hope there is someone that can help figure this out. Mine occurred while trying to reroot after the update.
---------- Post added at 12:30 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:21 AM ----------
If it helps, this is what I did.
After successfully rooting my husbands phone, he accidently updated. I've waited to try and do re-route it now since you've published a method of re-rooting. This was my first attempt at rooting ever and currently the phone only powers on to the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 screen and doesn't go any further. Here's what happened:
On Windows 7
Opened CASUAL
Received instructions to flash root.
Using Odin I tried I605_VRALJB_Restore.tar.md5, it failed to flash so I instead flashed root66_VZW_stock_system.tar.md5.
This worked fine, proceeded with CASUAL
Flashed BAVBaseline.tar.md5.
Phone began to reset and froze at Samsung Galaxy Note 2 starter screen. Waited 5 minutes no change in the screen on the phone or on CASUAL. After 30 minutes pressed power and the buttons to get into Odin, I finally unplugged. The phone is still stuck at the start screen and isn't recognized by Odin or my computer
So you're on a Verizon GN2? Just want to make sure we're talking the same phone
Also did you pull the battery yet?

Okay that has happened to me before.
I had to download a new stock rom and flash it via TWRP.
If you dont have TWRP Recovery mode, find a rom you can flash in normal recovery.
(To get to recovery mode, take battery out of phone, put back in and then hold "volume up, power and home button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.")
Once you have the new rom .zip file downloaded...
You have to take the SD Card out of the bricked phone and place in a different phone.
Put the different phone on the computer and put the rom on there.
When it gets copied to the ext sd, put it back into the bricked phone and proceed into recovery mode as I explained above.
You will probably have to factory reset, and then install the new rom onto the bricked phone from the ext sd card.
If you have any questions just post.
Hope it helps.

Now I need to figure out what went wrong cos I cant stay stock for long and dont want to keep doing this again and again...
Removed...I figured it out. Thanks so much y'all.
(editx2)
Just in case someone comes along like me and the above doesn't work for them.
Was getting stuck at second "Samsung" screen, could not flash rom via Odin or by recovery...couldn't even get to recovery at first.
After much round and round, here's the winning combination:
Flash stock recovery via Odin, flash twrp 2.3.1.1 (newest one with .tar file I could find) via Odin, then flash stock rom...Was that simple for me, just a lot of trial and error.

This is what i did for my device :::
because of over anxiety I killed my device.........
it was stuck at boot screen, not able to switch it off.... tried all possibilities...
option 1
I have to wait till the battery gets drained, i dint have the patience to do this... ( since battery is 100% full )
option 2
I carefully opened the back panel of my device ( only the portion from camera till the middle segment )
down the middle of the pannel is pasted tight to battery,
Saw the battery cable attached to the M.board, with a help of a needle, i removed the attachment and powered down the device...
once again with the help of needle reattached the cable and closed the back pannel safely.....
rebooted the device to cwm recovery.......
Installed the cwm image from this temporarily " http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2780507 "
this helped me to regain the device, and was able to use it good... it has all the apps in it.........
it is English..... ( but originally developed from open source chinese variant.... )
I am waiting for the Stock Rom release................ and after that I will reflash my device.........
step 2 ::::::
I found out a friend from this forum jithu, who has the same model, version and regional device and asked him to give device cwm or twarp backup.....
so i can clone my device from a same regional device backup.... after restore.... i will do a factory reset....
so my mobile will be all new.....................

Do a full factory reset in your custom recovery or in advanced wipe options wipe your system, data, dalvik and cache then rerun your stock nandroid backup and it should restore. When your coming from a custom rom back to a stock rom your want to have as much of your phone wiped and repartitioned as possible. Don't wipe your internal storage though unless you just want to.
Oops didn't catch the "accidentally" part but the advice stays the same. Are you trying to get back to stock or are you trying to get back to custom rom?
me too

I had a similar problem, stuck in recovery boot loop, volume up + power wasn't working , had to pull battery, not sure why didn't work, has before. but my back comes off easily as it has been done before.
