Hey there Touch Pro 2 users..
i want someone to help me..when i reply on a msg
the space used to write the msg is very small
Could someone please tell me in details how to increase the height so that i could see a lot of the text im writing instead of seeing the old msgs between me and the contact??..
thanks a lot
does this happen every time?? Sometimes it happens to me when i view/reply using the threaded "conversation" screen (where you are blue and sender is green). I usually just hit the keyboard button (between Send and Menu) twice and the message box resizes.
Or from the Messages tab, you can tap the contents of the message to get a different threaded "messages" screen, or you can tap the icon to the right of the contacts name and send a new message. I've never had a problem with the text box using these 2 methods.
No man .. the box is never resizable !
i tried all what u said but noway
there is a tweak for the device where you increase the height of the textbox that's what i was asking about !!
maybe post a screenshot of your message window?
Hi guys, I have just noticed a strange thing with my galaxy note 2.
I'm running Android Revolution HD 5.0.
Basically, when I'm sending sms which is longer then 160 characters, for example 360, the 153rd character and 320th character don't get to the receiver, they are just missing, the rest of the message is there.
I've tried this with several sms apps, they all do this, even the native one.
Does anyone have an idea why is this happening?
I'm using GO SMS PRO with the emoji pack on my unrooted GNex.
Just now, I started getting this popup after each text I send:
"GO SMS Emoji Plugin is sending a large number of SMS messages. Do you want to allow this app to continue sending messages? Allow/Deny"
I have to select Allow every time I try t send a message... Very frustrating. Not sure what's going on... Anyone seen this before?
I was wondering if anyone knew a way i could use the text message delay option on the NOTE 4.. like on the Note 3 (JoshBeach ROM)
I'm not 100% sure, but don't think stock messaging app has that option. easiest fix would be to use a 3rd party sms app. I'd recommend handcent sms, you can choose your delay time. Hope this helps. Also, just a friendly fyi, but ?s should go in the Q&A section.

Click to collapse
Ok you can "SCHEDULE" a message if that is what you mean.
Open the messaging app. Open the contact you want to message and type the message out. After you type the message hit the 3 dots in the top right corner of your screen. Then you can select schedule message for any time to be delivered. I hope this helps a lil.
text message delay
I meant when you send a text it will count down for 5,3,10 seconds before it actually goes thru and u can stop it if you misspell or send to the wrong person... Im just trying not to send the wrong message it was cool on my NOTE 3 Rom....
i use chompsms, which is free (ad-supported) from google play. it lets you do the delay you're looking for. here's a screenshot.
I have the AT&T Note 4 and for some reason when you go into Language and Input, Samsung Keyboard, Smart typing and click on Predictive text. Then if you click on Learn from Gmail, I get an error message that says (Last attempt failed 0 minutes ago. Tap to try again.) Have completed a master reset and even reloaded the software, still getting the same error message. It will learn from Facebook, Twitter, Messages and Contacts just fine. Any help out there?
Mine does the same thing.
