I'm using GO SMS PRO with the emoji pack on my unrooted GNex.
Just now, I started getting this popup after each text I send:
"GO SMS Emoji Plugin is sending a large number of SMS messages. Do you want to allow this app to continue sending messages? Allow/Deny"
I have to select Allow every time I try t send a message... Very frustrating. Not sure what's going on... Anyone seen this before?

I have problem with stock SMS-MMS application.
In one conversation with some person (thread) , I can receive sms and reply without no problems , but if I receive MMS from the same person, after that MMS , I can't reply anymore, If I type the message (sms or mms) and hit the "send" button it returns me a "message failed to send" message.
I have to delete all thread with that person and start new one to be able to send sms or mms to that person...
Do you face the same problem , and does anybody know how to fix this?
Thanks
I instaled RC8.1 few days ago and I for me everything works perfect but i notice that when typing long SMS messages instead of merging them in 2/3/.../6 sms messages it makes it a MMS after 160 characters. I looked in settings for a solution but i couldn't find it, is there any way to change that or I will have to separate messages manualy?
Also some times it just keep "sending" message.
with this release my phone sometimes don't receive all the messages......someone else have this problem?
I think I received all messages, but some of them wouldn't send it just say sending and leave it that way...
As far as I remember, since first release of CM10.1 long messages are converted to MMS by default, and there's no option to change it to multiple SMS
See in mms settings. Or just install other sms app (slide messaging shoud do the trick) and change there. This will fix the problem.
Sent via blue dots...
Thanks, I will check that app later
Thx, i'll try that
Btw any news about not sending some messages?
I noticed that when receiving some international SMS sometimes the numbers don't show "+"
And hangouts gets screwed up.
For example I'm texting someone in UK using +44XXXXXX number
They respond but now the number looks like 44XXXXXX without +
So hangouts doesn't associate the incoming message with the same contact and decides to open a new thread. But I cannot even respond to message in the same thread because I need the + sign. So now I'm receiving messages in one thread and sending them in another.
I don't remember ever having this problem with stock messages app. How can I fix this?

I have a Huawei Mate 20 X EVR-AL00 on buildnumber 10.1.0.165 (latest update).
Lately, I noticed my phone does not receive sms text messages. The strange thing is, I have no problem sending text messages at all! With this, I started my investigation:
* Deleted all cache and data from my default sms app.
* Installed a third party app (Google Messenger)
* Restarted my phone
* Turned off my phone for a couple of minutes
* Put my simcard into another phone. (Which immediately received all the sms text messages).
With this last test, I can almost be sure that the problem is caused by my phone. The only thing is, what causes this problem? Looking online, people only talk about not being able to send and receive sms text messages. My problem is different, because I have no problem sending sms text messages.
Another strange thing is, that after the simcard swap and back to my Mate 20 X again, I did receive one or 2 newly send sms text messages on my Mate 20 X. After a couple of minutes, the problem reoccurred and I couldn't receive sms text messages anymore.
Is any of you familiar with this problem? Could hardware even be the problem, because of me still being able to send sms text messages?
Thanks in advance!
