Not the rom. ..some stupid app. .give it time. .few days
scribbled from my note 2 (N7100)
In my opinion, use better batterystats to determine that stupid app thats draining your battery ..
Can you describe how your battery sucks like hell ? Whats the uptime ? Screen on time ?

The battery life has been absolutely wonderful for me as well. I'd look in to see if there are some apps that might be draining it.

Have you deleted some bloatware ? Location settings ? What have you done, tell me please
Well ..first i use 3 g only if must (wifi non stop) also...freez some apps (readers hub..music hub...samsung apps).
Location setings ..all untick.

Mobile data is the second biggest data drainer next to the screen use. Pay no attention to the stupid screenshots posted here because the use are stupid.i mean putting your phone into airplane mode to "save battery"? I mean really?
You're gonna miss that important phone call to participate in some stupid pissing contest as to who can get the longest screen time... The phones awesome, ****loads of features, don't be afraid to use those features, but they come at a cost, battery life! Sure turn off those ones you don't really need, but don't dumb your phones usefulness down to the point of a household brick just to post "OMG Awesumsauce screentimes", its just stupid and your robbing yourself of an awesome experience with your device for silly reasons.
Use your phone, as a phone, have fun with it!
I never use air mode or sve battery mode.
So.....

Use Titanium Backup/ROM Toolbox or any sort. Do not disable them in settings. They will just re-cache and build up again.

In your 2nd picture if you have that disabled you may as well manually setup everything every time you flash a rom or get a new phone. In your 3rd pic that is a good way to waste your cellular data and decrease battery life drastically. You should leave it as always on for best results. Your standby battery life will be decimated also if you have it that way. As a matter of fact you should delete those pictures as they are misleading.

try to disable some things like
-google location services and GPS satellite in "location and security" settings
-use 3G connection only when needed
-reduce device brightness in "display" settings
-use adrenaline engine 4.4 script,it will gives you major amount of good battery life and gives you a better performance.
-delete some useless system apps when not needed,it will gives you better battery life+better performance

why don't you try install cm 7, 9, or 10, they are very stable and better than stock rom in performance.
if you use your phone a lot for playing games it does eat the battery no matter what rom you install.
Hey guys, need a little help. I've been suffering from bad battery life. I've used Greenify to hibernate some apps but it doesn't seem to help anything. I have Better Battery stats installed but don't know how to read it to see what is using most of my battery. I'm on wicked... Don't know if that helps.
I'm coming to the community for help, if anyone has any suggestions or how to read the better battery stats app... Just let me know

There's nothing u can do but wait until the phone becomes familiar with the battery, mine as well died within 5 hours or less I hated it but then I just ignored it nd let it be and we'll I've had this phone for about two weeks nd my average battery life is a day and 2 hours and I'm using wicked as well so just let it settle down plus if you restored apps from the stock rom then u probably want to do a full wipe and start all over again without restoring any apps because the back up u have has the bloat from the stock rom so it eats your battery pretty fast that's wt I did and it fixed it by Givin me two extra hours and also download gsam battery monitor and checks was using a lot of battery...

Then that must be the problem.. Like I said on the previous post, restoring apps from a stock rom could also bring lots of bloat and will eat up your battery so just do a full wipe and there's an update for wicked now so either ways u still have to do a full wipe and don't restore your apps or anything and the rom will be ready to go as well as your battery, I'm sorry but there's no other way specially when you have all Ur apps to your own liking but you have to start clean on it...
And once you have everything the way you want it again delete your titanium back up folder and reboot and then back them up again so once you do another update with wicked it will act properly

what about the user apps we backed up from a custom rom?
I'm off the stock since I laid my hands on my phone so I'm pretty sure the backups (TB) I've made was from a custom ROM, does it brings bloats too?
1 more thing, if you still recommend a clean start, is it ok if I keep the TB backup folder to restore the apps using "restore apps only"?
thanks before, your help is greatly appreciated

How do I check that? If it was bad isn't suppose that phone not charge or won't be recognized at Windows Explorer?
Boot into safe mode and see if it still does it. If that's not the case, then it is a rogue app you installed.

betterbatterystats, find the thread on xda here. its used to see what is going on on your phone. amazing app!
greenify, another thread on xda. this is used to hibernate apps when youre not using them and whenever you open them, they work fine! prevents wakelocks and such
wakelock detector is good but if you can read betterbattery stats there is no use for it in my opinion
let us know what you find!
May be power button problem also have chance. Did you flashed any other ROM for test.. Better flash stock rom and then you can find root cause

It happened to me a few weeks ago and I fixed it!
The problem is with the usb connector and not related to the phone software.
You need to take a close look at the usb connector. Take a a small pin or needle and try to push or bend the usb to the orginal position.
TAKE GOOD CARE and do it on your own risk!!!
Yet, it did work for me
I had this problem and I was on stock 4.2.2. It ended up being either my stock calendar widget or pic speed wallpaper. It went away once I uninstalled both these applications.

I didn't touch nothing just install Better Battery Stats, this is really, really rare. I'm using ParanoidAndroid 3+, anyway thanks to every who give me a hand here
i found that they are huge drain in XM/XM dual after updating or rom changing
to solve it
use this

apps xda page
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1024867
install the app
charge the phone till 100
remove plug from phone
click battery calibration..
reboot
problem should be solved by this for most of the guys..
before using this my cell drain 5-10% in 1 hr even on screen off
but now after this app 1% FOR 4-5 HRS
