IN THIS VERSION MOBILE FINALLY I MANAGED TO INSTALL MODDED RECOVERY AND THE RECOVERY IS VISIBLE NOW v5.0.2.8
THE PROBLEM IS WHEN EVER I TRY TO INSTALL NEW CUSTOM ROM OVER THE GB 2.3 BY FOLLOWIING COMPLETE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE I CANT INSTALL ANY KINDA ROM EVEN IF I INSTALL THEN THEIR WILL BE AN BOOTLOOP im wexed about this now im feeling y i had buyed this crap PLEASE HELP PLEASE I BEG U EVERYone

The rom you posted is for the Desire, not the Desire S which I think you have applied it on.
You need to find a Desire S rom and flash to that
I'm new in android world but thanks to guides on this forum I was able to do root etc on my unbranded desire s.
Atm I'm trying find out which rom will be good for me. Cyanogenmod 7.2 nightly is working nice but I want to try ICS.

I installed Revolutionary (4) but now i want to change to s-on, when i flash any bootloader it gives me a fail for writing, and any HBOOT flash gives my bypassed

This is not the wildfire S forum, its the wildfire forum. S-off os not possible for your device without hardware (google for a xtc clip) also your device never recieved a ruu about ice cream sandwich so a 4.4.2 ruu is impossible.
