Im not sure if its ours or there phone / carriers.... but I have a few friends that has iphone 5 n sent me pictures via text msg other wpuld receive it besides me? Is rhis a iphone issue / att or is it our phone / tmobile? Has anyone encounter this issue...any help or advice would b appreciated.

They receive picture messages because the sender sent it via imessage, and Note 2 doesnt support Imessage (duh).

o i c but not duh because my friend who has at&t galaxy note 2 receives it but not t-mobile users?

Sorry if it's a repost but this apps search capabilities suck. Pretty much my MMS messages get stuck on sending and then it fails I can't even receive pictures or videos either. Anyone know if this is a Sprint network problem or something else? I'm running the latest CM10 nightly.

Nvm flashed a zip file that a member posted here and it works now.

Try to change the mms setting or download new setting. usally cm10 will change some setting
Update profile.
Shutdown for 2 minutes.
Power back on.
Turn data on and watch MMS send.

I have sprint gnex and can confirm I can send mms just fine
I think it varies by the Sprint towers because I was in a different city a while ago and I could send and receive MMS but here at home, nothing.

Haven't seen any threads on this so far and figured if anyone has any info/app/etc When i had my Epic 4/ Gnex, it would tell me how many texts i sent to each person. I noticed on my Note2-stock(Sprint), doesn't show me a number of how many texts have been sent and received. Does anyone have any info as to how to get the number of sent/received texts to show?? Much thanks
Im not sure about the stock sms app, but go sms pro shows how many texts u have sent to everyone.

I use handcent and it tells me how many I have sent each person.
Has anybody been able to figure out how to get rid of the slide show when receiving pictures in your text messages.
I know this question has been asked a million times but just fishing to see if a solution has come around yet especially
with the release of jelly bean.
I only experience that when I get mms from an iPhone user.

Still does it in handcent as well. It only does it when they send a message with the picture, or more than 1 picture in a message.
I searched but could not find a fix for this strange issue I'm having on my note 2. When sending and receiving mms my note won't accept it unless I switch over from wifi to mobile data which makes no sense? Does anyone else have this problem?

Im using verizon jelly beans rom. Data works calls work everything except when on the lte network I cant send texts. Texts work over HSPA but not over LTE. Is it the apn? Any help thanks!

This is tmobile forum. I doubt you'll find much help here. I mean the rom you're using is for like the nemesis of gs m devices. So there are bound to be problems.
