Bootloader image error

Hay the im trying to got back to stock via the O2 UK RUU setup via my pc and it keeps saying bootloader error when i try and go back im currently on ARHD 9.2 with there bootloader is the a way to flash the stock bootloader or a step by step guide on how to get the bootloader back to stock???

Other than stock bootloaders do not exist.
However you must relock bootloader before running RUU.
Use this command:

Aand run RUU with admin priviledges.

Ok ill try and relock the phone and see what happens

Nope tryed relocking and it still came up with bootloader image error if there is any other methods please help.

Yes I believe you can You have an O2_UK version on the HOX

You can't run JB roms now ! First you need to update the bootloader. Are you on full stock then first ota all the way up to jellybean ! Otherwise return to stock first and update

Then you have to go back to full stock rom, or run a ruu

Im wanna get back to full stock rom using a nandroid backup i found:
Nandroid Backup 3.14.206.27 CID O2__001
Nandroid Backup 1.29.206.11 CID O2__001
which one do i have to use im currently running HBOOT 0.43

At least the 1.29. The 3.14 is not going to work because of your low hboot. If you want to be certain you need to do a fastboot command
Fastboot getvar version-main
When the number matches your are good to go

i installed the 1.29 but now the phone is stuck in a bootloop what can i do please

Did you flash the boot.img from the nandroid backup ?
Made a full wipe before restoring the nandroid ?

First i cant access clockworkmod from the recovery menu, when i try to it stops loading the clockworkmod and reboots the phone.
i tried to flash the boot.img from the nandroid backup with no luck
is there anyway to restore the full nandroid backup from a zip file

Put the phone in the bootloader and relock it
Fastboot oem lock
Then keep the phone in the bootloader and execute the ruu on the pc with a right click and select run as administrator
Should bring it back to full stock and start updating after that. If the phone does not detect any OTA update ..... Install this ruu then

[Q] how to update my hox cid htc__102 to JB

My hox is still on ics. Cid__102 (germany) and i did not recieve any ota updates.
How can i update it to JB using the ruu?

My device cid is htc__102 (germany) while the version of the software is x.xx.415.x (middle east) weird.....!
I tried flashing
RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.14.401.31_R_Radio_5.1204.162.29_release_302015_signed
and gave me error 132

Relock the bootloader and keep the phone in the relocked bootloader and then run this ruu with admin rights

But how do i re-lock the bootloader when it says it is locked?

Full locked ? As in never unlocked,rooted, flashed ???
Then just run the ruu

yes, never unlocked or flashed any custom rom
When i tried flashing the ruu u provided i get error 131

You selected the ruu by clicking on it via the right mouse button and selecting :
Run as administrator ?
And what does this return ?

Check your bootloader, what does it say ?
A : LOCKED
B : RELOCKED
C : UNLOCKED

I know is very strange. I think it should be HTC__J15. Is there any way to change the cid?

Something fishy going on ! The 415 ruu didn't work i assume. You could try the 2.17.401 ruu !
You tried the 3.14 ruu and that failed because of the low hboot you have now. It can't jump from that low to that high one.

Back again
Unfortunately the 2.17.401 ruu did not work as well.
Here is what I'm going to do and would like your guidance..
1- flash firmware package for JB htc__102 from here
2- unlock bootoader from htc dev
3- flash custom recovery
4- flash stock jelly bean rom (odexed) and boot.img provided by mike1986.from here
5- flash stock recovery back again and relock bootloader to be able to receive ota updates

You can try. If the firmware is wrong it won't be flashed anyway. But yeah it is an option to try. But i think it will fail because the 2.17 ruu should have updated the hboot too. A ruu or ota file contains the firmware package that you will try to flash seperatly with command.
Give it a shot. But the info your phone is giving by the cid and main commands are not in line with what they should be !

Return from custom rom to stock and relocked

Can someone explain to me how to return from custom rom to stock rom and to relock my phone to have warranty again I found some videos on youtube but thats only how to relock your phone from stock rooted to stock without root. Do I have to wipe all before installing before relock and installing RUU or that doesnt matter ?

HTC oneX freezes on Boot

Hie,
I tried many roms it is getting installed but freezes on boot screen need some help.(HTC ONE screen)(Roms like Insert coin,ETC,ETC....)
Currently my hboot version is also 0.96
Tried Lot of things but stuck badly.
Boot loader : Unlocked
S-ON
Previously was on ICS 4.0.4.Tried Upgrading the rom to Jellybean.
Please help me what to do stuck very badly plz plz plz....
Plz let me know if any more input required.

You can't run JB Roms with that hboot.. you need to first upgrade your firmware and then flash other roms...

That's because it is low lol

Boot into recovery and charge your device for a few hours and then try to upgrade your firmware...
PS: make sure your flashing the correct firmware for your device!
