How to update GT-I9250_EUR_XX

Hi, I'm new on the Galaxy Nexus area (just got mine today) and I don't know how to update it, mine is a GT-I9250_EUR_XX and is running 4.0.1 and don´t show on his menu an option to search for updates and doesn't have Gapps Does anyone know what should I do?

[Q] disable profile update

I have a sprint galaxy nexus flashed to cricket and when i run the stock rom it tries to update my profile back to sprint does anyone know how to disable this?

Factory AT&T build.prop

I am looking for the factory build.prop for I317UCAMA4 4.1.2
Also - does the build number mean anything ? can it be modified to say whatever you want? specifically I am talking about the ro.build.display.id

[Q] How do I remove my username and phone number from the GS3?

Tried a factory reset, data wipe, and flashing a stock rom and it still shows my username and phone number under about device and status. How can I get this removed(trying to sell phone).
-edit- Just realized I posted this in the general and not the q&a section. My mistake! If a mod can move it thanks!
