Question about modifieying build.prop

Hello resently i decided to modify the gin2jellybuild.brop for my personal usage and i wanted to add some lines of xelite but can someone tell me if this will work and if all the tweaks i made are more better than the defaults.I am attaching the file soo some1 can help me sry for my bad english.

Hello i was wondering if anyone could help me out im want to change the transparency of the pull down panel for my rom but when i installed apktools on my computer it wouldnt work plus im new to this and dont kno what completely to do would there be anyone nice enough to maybe do it for me i cqn send u the systemui.apk and frameworkre,apk for u . I know thats kinda something prob not anyone wants to help but if you would i would be glad to put u on the forum as q dev of the rom for helping
