help!!

Can someone help me porting ROM. I just need to do that to have polish language.. and the menu just like in stock sgs plus or sII. AND GET OTHER THINGS WORKING ON MY HERCULES. I'll be very gratefull for any kind of help..
Im a newbie with porting so please be patient.
Sorry for my english but it isn't my country language.

Question about modifieying build.prop

Hello resently i decided to modify the gin2jellybuild.brop for my personal usage and i wanted to add some lines of xelite but can someone tell me if this will work and if all the tweaks i made are more better than the defaults.I am attaching the file soo some1 can help me sry for my bad english.

I know that actually there are lot of roms but I would like to try to create mine.
I m not interested in something particularly difficult, just apply some little change e remove what i don t use.
