csipsimple integrates with the native dialer and of course there's gtalk/hangouts though not sure if these are what you're after. Keep a eye out for an update to the cm10 beta as that will have it.

There is a modified skype app in the Hacking and Development section that supports video chat. I think you have to be on a gingerbread leak though. I'm on EG22 and it works great!

Skype works if you're on bamboozle rom. You need to have a modified skype app though. I believe from the I9000 xda thread. Look around.

ooVoo works best for me - but remember one important thing - both of you must be on the same software - if you want ot talk to your friend and he is on ooVoo, you must be on ooVoo - you can also have more than one video chat software on your phone to say accomodate another friend that has Qik, therefore you must be on Qik also.
Found the modded skype video chat its freaking awesome. First acceptable video chat from my epic and all my friends have skype. I'm on eg22 as well

isn't that with Skype. Nothing but integrated app software. The my touch 4g had it with qik video calling integration. If I recall it wasn't that great. Just download the app. Which is most likely better than the software integration.

the stock Tmo ROM came with Qik installed for video calling, but it's not integrated into the Dial Pad as the international SGS
in fact (I heard) that gtalk video chat is dis-allowed in stock rom is this true? (cannot be installed to video chat)

Google Talk with Video http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1337339

So what's the best video calling option?

Of the software available such as qik, google chat, skype video and a bunch others, which have you found to work best with the epic 4g?
Also, for any suggestions, please let me know if you're using Gingerbread or ICS. I'm running Gingerbread myself.
Skype works pretty good for me. Haven't tried Gtalk video yet. Qik sucked.

Google video and skype r both good. As long as u have a good data signal. Either 4g or wifi.

Qik has been the best for me. It is made by Skype. Only real difference I saw between the two outs Skype forces you to chat in landscape mode which I hate.

How to make video call on ICS......rom CM9 Beta 2

help
why does not anyone want to help me
May be because no one knows it yet. I have not tried even with Skype.

Cellular Videocalling is not an option in Cyanogenmod. If you want to videocall with your phone you will need to use and third party app, fe. skype
do note, that videocalling drains your battery quite fast
ics dont hv video calling features.

VideoCall

With YahooMesseng or other chat apps support with videocall
Sent from my GT-I8150 using xda premium
There isn't a 3g videocall support for CM9. Because google blocks it. Every CM9 based roms are the same.
now i'm using video chat on wechat, working great at my device

Wifi calling?

Is there any way I can use wifi to make and receive calls instead of using my carrier sprint?
I know t mobile has wifi calling.

There are many different methods such as sipdroid, csipsimple, etc, etc. The one that worked best for me was vonage. However you could not receive calls unless the person calling you was using vonage. You could make outgoing calls to any number using the vonage app. Still a very good alternative. Or try this...http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2135424
Yes. Here is a 12-part video I made showing the objectively best method of getting Google Voice/CSipSimple/FreePBX/Android working flawless for free WiFi calls (and using HD codecs for superb audio quality!)
Many XDA users have commented on how well this works for them and how easy it was with the videos.
