If it so please let me know if any custom kernel cooked with latest ICS with ram allocation for use to be more than 700 mb atleast.
All problem comes with less ram allocation.

Internal storage isn't like RAM. Having the absolute maximum possible left over won't give you the slightest benefit.

If thats the case why dont you delete them from the rom before you flash?

This works well for me (swap in cache/data)

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2145133
I installed it with standard settings (dual 75/100MB). Now my HOV lags less and runs subjectiv faster.
I've never really liked the idea of using Swap but I'll give it a try.

will give this a try.. thnx..

Any problems so far now?

Or use any size Data Swap

Slow phone

My phone is unbelievably slow even when over clocked at 1.7ghz on jmz one v Rom and I'm kinda tired of it. I want a stock sense Rom with sense everything, but with tweaks such as status bar toggles and this Rom has been fine so far for about a month. Any ideas I can't change twrp 2.4 to 2.2 so I can't flash xtreme sense which I want but can't do. Thanks guys

I don't know anything about that so how do I check swap scripts and what should they be set to? Also when I search turbo speed boost it says jellybean+ only this Rom is stock 4.0.3 ics. Also my ram is fine I still have around 50-100mbps no matter what I'm doing. Thanks for the reply btw

Do all that and still u can unroot your phone.. Or just flash stock, remove junk and keep root.. But i personally used all ROMs in here and felt Stock to be the smoothest and Stock kernel to provide the best results in terms of performance and battery too.. U can test it yourself..

You should try the Nature Xperia Advance Rom (3.1), the ram management is pretty good compared to stock rom :good:
Try greenify. It's available on playstore. Works great for me.

Use another ROM
Leopardx isn't as great as CM11 and PureSlim KitKat R1.
I've around 100-200MB of free RAM even with few big apps installed on it.
Use CM11-OpenSEMC by RaymanFX with CleanMaster(root access for CleanMaster is better) for better RAM management.
Also PureSlim KK R1 is good choice if you want better battery back-up.
The custom ROMs are far more better than stock ROM in all aspects except Camera(PureSlim has an equivalent camera).

Will Arrow work on xyz ROM?
Test it, most likely it will.
What kernel does Arrow include?
Either CWM or TWRP, it's clearly stated on download file.
What is a md5 file?
If you already don't know you shouldn't worry about it. Only provides extra security that the file is not corrupted nor modified.
Can you add xyz feature?
Maybe, but if you can't wait everything is opensource. Feel free to pull request it!
I've seen you just pushed a commit but no new build... I wait it nao!
Keep calm and compile it yourself!
Compile... That's difficult...
1. Set your environment up following any xda how to.
2. repo init -u git://github.com/AOSPA-legacy/manifest.git -b kitkat && repo sync -j32
3. source build/envsetup.sh && lunch pa_galaxysmtd-userdebug
4. cd Arrow/ && source build_arrow_galaxysmtd
5. You're done! Wasn't that hard huh!
Wow i want to try it asap!
it's working with every 4.4 rom?

Okay, let me set something clear. Our device has limited resources (aka 512MB RAM) and Android (via kernel) assures the needed RAM is allocated to vital parts before giving the rest of it to the user. Increasing user available RAM will lower system available RAM so things tend to misbehave. A clear example of that is CMA as you lower the hardware RAM allocation.
With this stated, I'll try to improve a bit the available RAM but sometimes we have limits, hardware limits...
I'd rather a smooth running system than more ram. And thank you for making this available to us.
Going to test this with carbon rom when I get home and report back.

Yes, but even you previous versions had 371 mb ram, but 365 when you stated more ram, i've expected (371+), not 365.
And 395 mb ram is not CMA.
Edit: But whatever, it's smooth, i agree with @RuffBuster.
Will give this a shot on the latest CM11 later, anything I should know about in advance, anything to take care of?
I love the advance sound functions in CM11, will they still work?
