Anyone know how to get the touch variant??? When. I check on the site is there but loads code. Do I need to do something with that to be able to flash it?

You can flash it directly from Rom Manager

What about manually?? You have to buy the touch through there don't you
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda app-developers app
correct, you have to buy CWM Touch from ROM Manager.
to flash it manually, the CWM website has the img file for you to download. but then somehow you have to turn it into a tar file (i think?) to fastboot install it.
if someone has instructions on making a tar file, this will help me out too. =D
Yeah I've seen plenty doing it was just curious how

Hey, I just got my galaxy s3 today. I've been searching for a good rooting method but have come across several. My question is what rooting method is safe? I plan to flash stable cm10 after I root.

Chain fire worked for me... no kernel programming, just the root binary is installed.... simple and easy to do via Odin

Do you have a link for that?

Thanks but can't a flashable zip be made for it
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using xda app-developers app
In order for Samsung apps to run you need their framework installed.
If you want some Samsung apps or features check out hyper drive or deTmobileized both have good reviews!

flash this zip http://www.mediafire.com/download/v3xzauf050m4f95/SamsungApps-2.7.032-for-CyanogenMod10_signed.zip in recovery , should update to 4.02 by its self , if it doesn't , copy this apk http://www.mediafire.com/download/q4a1w2xq3huhu7o/SamsungApps.apk to system, change permissions and move to system/apps and reboot.
im using this on CM 10.2 with no problems
