I have stock rom of elk4, i search for itthe camera app from Note 2,
and It's better if there are Landscape, Multiview, and Root for the elkc.

I just bought mi new and awesome Galaxy Note II :laugh::victory:, and i used the omega ROM on my now retired Galaxy SII, so i flashed omega on my Note 2 but i have a question about Multi View, is there any way to choose more apps, than the default ones, to be displayed on the multiview screens?
Answered the question myself, i think i just rushed up and didn't take my time to check on all options, in case of any desperate user as me is looking for this, there's an app called MultiWindow Controll (blue icon with whithe initials "MWC"). Thanks anyways

First let me say that I apologize for posting here, if this is in the wrong section. Moderator(s) please move to correct place if so. I'm a new & happy owner of the AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note II and currently this is what my home screen, and app drawer looks like. Are there any apps that you'd recommend I download? Are there any apps specifically for this device? I don't have Titanium Backup & Pro Key, Root Explorer, and ROM Toolbox Pro installed because I have not rooted my phone. It's too new lol.

First off, The Collective ROCKS! This is the first non stock Rom I have tried on my Note II. I had used there ROMs on the Note i 717.
Anywasys, I am not seeing where I can trun off the persistent search bar. Can anyone assist me?

Not sure what launcher is provided but if it's AOSP launcher you can't disable it. Run another launcher if that's the case

Does a port of the S4/Note 3 camera exist?
The Note 2 camera is shocking and I would really like to use the S4 one.
I've tried Stock Android ROM and the camera on there leaves a lot to be desired too.
It's not the picture quality, but the UI that I take issue with.

I have not yet seen in any forum successful porting of note 3 or s4 camera onto note2. Many folks are asking for the same hopefully Devs will do that as they have already ported many apps from note3/s4 to note 2 . If there is some hardware restriction then we wmay never have it.

Seems like camera stuff is somewhat hardware related and devs have no cimpletely addressing maps yet.
So, no s4 or note3 camera app on note2 i presume...
I do have a 4.4 kit kat camera ui. If it interests you, do pm me and I'll try to pull the apk from my phone. (This camera app came from Illusion ROM 2.6)

Adding on to what I said, the camera app is actually integrated into the gallery app and there is no way to pull only the camera app. The apk file name is Gallery2.apk
In the photo, the right side is a picture I took and on the left side, It's the camera.
