[Q] ARLiberator/AllShare Cast and my S3...

I rooted my S3 so I could use ARLiberator with the AppRadio2. I am using the AllShare Cast dongle with the AppRadio to make it all work wirelessly. After I rooted my phone, the AllShare Cast option in my settings was gone. So, (keep in mind I'm a noob) when I got the notice my phone was due for an Over the Air update, I did it. Good news, it didn't brick my phone and I got AllShare Cast back. Bad news, it took my root away.
So, I need to know where I can find a 100% stock image that just injects root that I can do via Odin. The only reason I have to root right now is to get this working with AppRadio. In the future I may get more crazy with other ROMs, but right now I just want this to work.
Can someone point me to a safe tar file that is the root for a stock image on the AT&T SGS-i747 that is the most current?
Thanks.
AND, if there's anything else I need to know, please inform away! The root I did last time didn't add to my counter, so I'm kinda hoping that any new root I do won't either. If it does, I guess that is okay as long as the triangle app I've read about can fix it.
Again, thanks for any and all input. I'm learning as fast as I can.

Take a look here, look for the stock image with root injected into it. I am also using Allshare Cast with Arliberator - how is it working out for you? I have some issues where my subwoofer will turn off sometimes, but if I press the menu button on the Appradio to launch voice commands, then click back, the subwoofer will turn on. Weird...
I've been eyeballing this setup. Do either of you have Tasker? I'm wondering if it can be setup so that I don't even have to take my phone out of my pocket. Do you have to manually press a button on the Allshare dongle every time you get in the car or will it connect automatically after the initial setup?
Thanks,
Bodie
As long as arliberator is running on the phone, it should connect automatically. MOST of the time. I've changed to the wired setup using the Samsung mhl adapter. I never got the sound quality to be good using the all share cast dongle. Since I really wanted to run Pandora, sirius xm and other music apps from my phone, this was really a bust for me. I also went through the counterfeit dongle issues. I bought one on Amazon and got all the snow issues I've read other people had. I went to Samsung's website and bought it directly through them, and I've had no problems since. I've been running it a week with that setup and have had no issues. It just works like it should. I had connection issues with all share cast With it stopping at random. I'm very hopeful that all my trial and error is over.

The allshare dongle works fine as i have that as well. The reason I wanted the PTV is that is does both Miracast and Intel Widi so i can use it for either laptop or phone..

OK so i bought it today and out of the box it didn't work with my Note 2. So i check the firmware update and of course it was outdated. i downloaded the latest firmware V2.2.12 flashed then tried with my note2 it would connect then it would say something about HDCP and disconnect..
Then i remember i read in some forums that the Allshare dongle woundn't work if the phone's flash counter isn't zero. so i tried the Triangle Away App and after the reboot the phone connected and it worked. it's not perfect but it works for web browsing pictures etc but for videos and games there are some lag and delay. so i hope i answered you questions.

Talking about Push2TV... i didn't buy allshare cast dongle yet.
Allshare and push2tv are the same thing, if i am not mistaken they both use Miracast....
My phone was rooted with CWM Recovery so b/c of that my phone's flash counter was 2 so i had to use TriangleAway app to clear the counter so Note2 would work with Push2tv.
Update: Video playback from SD to Push2TV is pretty good now i watch the whole movie without any lag. but youtube and Video games lag on Push2Tv.

[Q]

I just got the chromecast cast unit but it won't work with my droidtv. Does anyone know if there's a way to get it to work?
What does this have to do with the Note II? Probobly better to post in the chromecast forums or in wherever the DroidTV goes.

[Q] Microsoft Display Adapter

My Tab S 8.4 can not connect to the New Microsoft Display adapter yet my Galaxy S5 can and does so very well if I might add. Anyone else have the same problem or know how to fix this issue? I have already done all of the updates available for my Tab S which is what the manual said to do before I try and connect it to the display adapter and it will not connect. It only sits there and goes through a cycle of trying to connect and my TV screen going blank like it does right before it connects to my GS5 but it goes right back the connection screen from the beginning and does it again and again a few times and then my Tab S says connection error. It makes me so mad and I am thinking about returning it but I really like how it works on my phone I just really wanted it to connect to my Tab S. If anyone can help me figure this out I would be so very thankful!:good:
same thing
Having the exact same issue. Did you figure it out?

Can't connect to car via bluetooth

I recieved my note7 pre order and so far i love it! Though this morning i realized i had not yet connected it to my 8 year old mondeo. I have tried and tried. It will connect fine with my note3 and my wifes iphone6s plus. But my note7 wont even see it. It scans for devices and nothing shows up. Is there any way to make my phone see my car? Or to copy the bluetooth connection information from my note3 to my note7 so that it already knows about the device? Ive tried everything i can find online so far and have had no luck.
Maybe it is differrent bluetooth version .. not compatible... not sure though
Don't know if it is of use to anyone but i solved it.... i turned the Bluetooth on whirl already on a phone call and then amazingly my note7 found my car immediately and i was able to connect it and use the hands free.
