I've been using this rom for 2 days and have to started to notice severe battery drain what could be the problem?..... I mean really really drains fast. Should I install one of the newer nightlies or is there another fix.....
Thanks

What kernel are you using?
I've been using Kt747 and it's been fine. Download the latest nightly.

If you're on Juggernaut v5, what kernel are you using? I was wondering this because my battery life is crap with the kernel that came with the ROM & I'm not sure why. I use my phone regularly, not heavily but not to lightly. Thanks.

What's battery life like? All the ICS ROM's I've tried have had really bad battery life.

Well I don't have problems with my battery...
And plus you have to turn off some stuff that you don't use to save more battery
Like: bluetooth, wifi, data, GPS, auto brightness, keyboard sound off, keyboard vibration while texting off....
Well I guess you get the point.
Stuff that are not necessary and your not using them at the moment just turn them off

Alright, I'll try it out. Thanks!

I flashed this setup yesterday. Codename Android 3.6 w/ Faux Kernel 9-16 Build. So far so good. Definitely has great battery life.

It's stable but you need to flash the new radio UVMC6 for optimal connectivity.
I found it very buggy, smoothish, but suffered from a lot of sleep of deaths

I tried it an connectivity sucked I couldn't send or receive texts den flashed the new radio an connection worked but it was laggy for me too. Not as smooth as I liked

I tried it, but then I had a bunch of SODs and random reboots. I'll go back to RC2 with new radio and Cerux kernel.
I've been on 5/17, well, since 5/17. I was going to updated on Sat, and then today, but it's working so well I left as is. Everything is working great.
Are we getting RC3?

Hey guys, I've got this problem were I'll install a new rom (any rom, tried most all of them at this point) and everything will be fine for a while. But about a week in or so my phone starts to feel a bit laggy and battery life noticeably drops. I've been running the same apps and such for a few months now, and I always do a clean install. Also, neither of my batteries spin, so I believe they're ok. Long story short, is there any maintenance I don't know about that I should be keeling up with on my ROMs? Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you tried running any tweaks?
Like comadose?
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
I have not, actually. Lately I've been using the lz kernel and I'm not too sure as to how well it plays with other tweaks.

With Tweaked I easily go a full day with no charging. Frequently have 30-40 percent left when I plug it in at night before I go to bed.
