It's only for Samsung devices.

by now it's not possible =/
Well I haven't come across it before but I would presume the drivers for the gpu don't offer support for controlling the power for the gpu.

There is no reason to overclock the S.
Just curiosity ... for benchmark purposes maybe ?

When FXP kernel sources will be released, devs may then be able to add overclocking support to the same. But if you would take my suggestion, underclocking the processor works way too good for me on JB. Underclocked it to 1.35 GHz and enjoying JB to the fullest. Plus, you will enjoy better battery life.
OK will try

I believe there is a custom CM kernel for the S called Amin Kernel or something, try it, it could have overclocking
Amin kernel for cm10 isnt working yet, just bootloops right now

Best kerner for undervoltaging is XSX but too bad the development stopped
For now the only kernel that allow undervoltaging is sspeed
