I might kang the call volume changes for AOSP on the thunderbolt and see if that helps with AOSP on our phone.

Ahh it's good to have infinity back with my phone lol. I don't miss the fassy at all. And please do. I love miui but the volume always makes me want to switch to something else.

Also, it seems like latest kernel that gets built for CM7 for our phone has the audio changes there already.

So are you saying when I flash miui I should just keep the stock kernel? Or try and get the cm7 stock kernel?

volume down + power = screenshot
You can't stock, however, there's this paid app called camera zoom fx, which has that feature.... if you are desperate

also, the latest aokp ROM has that feature. The jelly bean version is nightly but quite stable. Here's the link if you're interested: http://androtransfer.com/?developer=AOKP&folder=maguro

^incorrect the first answer is it. All Galaxy Nexus phones take a screen shot by pressing volume down and power button at the same time. Custom roms offer a feature to add it to the power menu.

Not stock camera app, unless you're running custom ROM such as AOKP...

I was on a rom that had the pattern unlock with the feture to turn the little circles off but still have to do the gesture. Can someone tell me how to do this on a tw rom or what the old rom was called. All I remember is that it was cm based

I thought someone would say that. I was talking about making the dots disappear like you can in cm10.1 on a tw ROM.
